What TO Report to the OIG
You may report waste, fraud, abuse, or misconduct relating to a USCP employee, program, or contract to the OIG Hotline.

- Employees of the USCP
- Employees of USCP contractors and subcontractors
This form should only be used to submit complaints of waste, fraud, abuse, misconduct, or civil rights violations by USCP employees. Please Note: The online complaint form is the most efficient method for submitting complaints to the USCP OIG Hotline.
