The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | ||

When R/O responded, he asked the Suspect to exit the fountain, which he complied. R/O asked the Suspect to provide him with identification, which he refused after being asked several times. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | ||

Upon arrival, R/O spoke with the Suspect who advised that they struck a vehicle, and left the scene. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O observed the Suspect's eyes to be bloodshot, and a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from their person. SFSTs were conducted; due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the same location. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed that the Suspect appeared to be confused and disoriented. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS + FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE POSSESSION OF A LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICE POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION | 00:03:00 | 240122000127 | R/O observed a vehicle conduct several traffic offences in the area of North Capitol Street and Louisiana Avenue NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of D Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had an extraditable warrant out of Prince Georges County, Maryland. Due to suspicion of impairment, SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. A/O and CSS responded, and processed the scene. During an inventory search of the vehicle, two (2) loaded twelve (12) round magazines, one (1) loaded seven (7) round magazine, and additional loose rounds of ammunition were found in the trunk of the vehicle. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tags belonged to a different vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of E Street NW. R/O conducted a VIN check through USCP Communications which came back stolen out of Prince George's County, Maryland. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A/O responded and processed the scene. S/A was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

After a medical evaluation, R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check on the Suspect, which revealed a Bench Warrant for "Failure to Appear" out of the District of Columbia. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's driver's license returned with a suspended status out of Maryland, with no valid permit in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
