| TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS | 13:51:00 | 220104000014 | ADDITIONAL CHARGE: POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL-VEHICLE R/O responded to the 100 block of Maryland Avenue, SW, for the report of an intoxicated individual. Upon arrival, R/O-2 made contact with an individual fitting the description sitting in the driver's seat of a running vehicle. R/O ordered the Suspect to turn off the vehicle; the Suspect refused to comply. R/O-2 detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect breath and person. The Suspect refused to perform SFSTs, was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. Upon inventory search of the vehicle, multiple bottles of alcohol were found in various locations throughout the vehicle. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |
| UNLAWFUL ENTRY - MISD | 21:00:00 | 220104000015 | R/O was dispatched to the unit block of D Street, SE, for a call of an unauthorized individual in the residence. Upon arrival, R/O observed the Suspect sitting in the vestibule. After further investigation, it was determined that the Suspect did not reside at the residence or have permission by the owner to be there. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed the Suspect had glassy, watery eyes and impaired coordination. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle revealed no tag record on file. Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they did not possess a valid permit in District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. Upon arrival, R/O observed the Suspect leaning against the vehicle for balance, and an open container of an alcoholic beverage in the center console cup holder. During the investigation, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath and person. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 block of E Street, NW. While talking with the Suspect, R/O noticed that the Suspect's speech was slow and slurred. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON (DCMR) | 15:30:00 | 220112000041 | ADDITIONAL CHARGES: POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION/TRANSPORTATION OF A SEMI-AUTOMATIC RIFLE; UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM - MISDEMEANOR (X2) R/Os responded to Headquarters to speak to an individual that reported she had information regarding the siege of the Capitol Building on January 6, 2021. During the voluntary, noncustodial interview, the Suspect pointed to her vehicle. R/O observed said vehicle illegally parked in front of Headquarters, and could see cases typically used to transport firearms. The Suspect confirmed there were firearms in the vehicle. CSS recovered three firearms, a pellet gun, and ammunition. R/O placed the Suspect under arrest and transported her to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the unit block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O noticed an odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of Independence Avenue, SW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect's license was expired in Virginia with no valid permit in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
