ADDITIONAL CHARGE: LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS 14:46:00 2.31218E+11 A/O observed a vehicle with no front tag displayed that travelled eastbound in the Unit Block of E Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle's rear tag revealed the tag belonged to a different vehicle. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Capitol Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's permit revealed an expired District of Columbia driver's license, with no status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. S/A was notified, and will continue to investigate.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING (M) | DCC 22DC1307(A) 10:06:00 2.31211E+11 A/O observed multiple people chanting loudly and holding signs in the Hart Senate Office Building Atrium. The Suspects were given three warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activities but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A/O responded and processed the scene.
BENCH WARRANT-MISDEMEANOR 09:00:00 230407000711 A/O observed R/O detaining a Suspect near the intersection of Indiana Avenue and Seventh Street NW. Upon approach, R/O placed the Suspect in handcuffs and was advised by A/O the Suspect caused a physical disturbance inside a private establishment near this location. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed two outstanding bench warrants though the District of Columbia, which were confirmed through USCP Communications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THREATS TO DO BODILY HARM - MISD | DCC 22DC407 10:26:00 240228000000 A/O responded to the intersection of Second and F Streets NE for the report of someone making threatening statements at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building. Upon arrival, R/O met with the Complainant who reported the Suspect had made threatening statements towards them. The Complainant felt threatened by the statements because of how loud and agitated the Suspect was acting. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to HQ for processing. CIS responded and conducted a custodial interview with the Suspect.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL | DCC 25DC1001 22:51:00 2.40203E+11 A/O responded to the intersection of Second Street and Independence Avenue SE to assist R/O with the report of an injured person in a vehicle. Upon approaching the vehicle, R/O observed several open containers of an alcoholic beverage. R/O conducted a stop of the vehicle at the same location. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed that the Suspect had a blank stare with constricted pupils and a flush face. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 07:24:00 220530000740 ADDITION CHARGE: POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE R/O observed that the Suspect was unconscious in the driver's seat of his vehicle at the intersection of Fourth and C Streets, NE. After waking the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest revealed an open bottle of alcohol behind the driver's seat. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing.
ADW - OTHER WEAPON 07:55:00 220927001488 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER - MISDEMEANOR R/O observed the Suspect asleep inside of a vehicle parked in the 100 block of First Street, SW. R/O conducted a welfare check of the Suspect. The Suspect became irate, made threats, and sprayed an unknown chemical directly at the R/O. R/O and several Officers extracted the Suspect from the vehicle and placed him under arrest. Suspect was transported to CCB. CSS responded and processed the scene.
BENCH WARRANT-MISDEMEANOR 01:23:00 220405000433 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: BENCH WARRANT-MISDEMEANOR R/O observed two individuals engaged in a sexual act in the 600 block of North Capitol Street, NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the individuals revealed one of them had two bench warrants issued through the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 01:48:00 220412000474 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: COUNTERFEIT TAGS R/O observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed southbound in the 600 block of North Capitol Street, NW, with no tag displayed. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the unit block of E Street, NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the temporary tag displayed in the front windshield was not on file, and the Suspect had no driver's license status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROSSING POLICE LINE 11:56:00 220118000063 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING DC CODE 22-1307 R/O observed multiple Suspects cross through a vehicle-only barricade, access a restricted area on the Senate Plaza of the U.S. Capitol East Front, and begin demonstrating. The Suspects also sat on the Senate steps and began chanting loudly and holding a banner. The Suspects were warned to stop and desist with their unlawful demonstration activities, but they refused to do so. Twenty-eight Suspects were placed under arrest and processed on the scene.
