TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 00:49:00 220611000795 R/O observed a vehicle make an improper lane change in the 500 block of Second Street, NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of Second Street, NW. While speaking with the driver, R/O noticed an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from inside of the vehicle. SFTSs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF | DCC | 50DC2201.05 [B][1]X 00:51:00 240212000000 R/O responded for the report of a vehicle accident @ the South Capitol Street exit of Interstate 695. At the same location R/O located a single vehicle crash where the driver stood next to the vehicle. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed slurred speech, and detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage that emitted from their breath. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to HQ for processing. CSS responded, and processed the scene.
TRAFFIC - MISUSE OF TAGS 00:53:00 230730001789 R/O observed a grey Nissan vehicle run a red light at the intersection of Second Street and Virginia Avenue SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of E Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tags affixed to the Nissan were registered to a black Ford vehicle. The Suspect was placed under arrest and was transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT - HIT & RUN 00:53:00 231015002389 R/O was flagged down in the Unit Block of E Street NW for a report of a hit and run. The Complainant stated while travelling eastbound through a green traffic light, in the 100 Block of E Street NW they were struck on the passenger side by the Suspect's vehicle. A second Complainant reported to R/O that the Suspect's vehicle struck them twice and fled. The Suspect's vehicle was last seen fleeing northbound on New Jersey Avenue NW. A search of the area was met with negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1st Off | DCC 50DC2201.05[B][1] X 00:54:00 2.31217E+11 R/O responded for the report of a vehicle crash in the intersection of North Capitol Street and Massachusetts Avenue NW. Upon approach to the striking vehicle, R/O detected a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the Suspect's mouth. SFSTs were administered, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 00:56:00 220625000906 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID; OPERATING WITH IMPROPER TAGS R/O observed a vehicle traveling northbound in the 400 block of Second Street, NW, and pass through a solid red traffic signal at the intersection of Second and E Streets, NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of New Jersey Avenue, NW. Upon approaching the vehicle, R/O noticed the Suspect's eyes were watery and glassy. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle's registration revealed that the tags belonged to a different vehicle, and the Suspect did not have a valid license in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. While conducting SFSTs, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from the Suspect's breath and person. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 00:57:00 2.31128E+11 R/O observed a vehicle having difficulty maintaining the lane, traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O noticed that the Suspect's speech was slurred and a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from their person. SFST's were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - PERMIT - FAIL TO EXHIBIT POSS OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE TRAFFIC - PERMIT - NO VALID 00:59:00 230205000194 R/O while on a fixed post observed a vehicle conduct several traffic violations. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SE. Upon request, the Suspect failed to produce a physical driver's license on the scene. A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect did not have a valid permit issued through the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. While speaking with the Suspect, A/O detected a moderate odor of alcohol emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were administered, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. During the vehicle inventory, A/O observed several open containers of what appeared to be alcoholic beverages.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 01:01:00 220417000497 R/O observed a vehicle traveling northbound on Washington Avenue, SW, commit several traffic violations. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 block of Washington Avenue, SW. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of marijuana and an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle and the Suspect. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 01:01:00 230610001341 R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street at a high rate of speed passing through a red signal. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of D Street NW. Upon approach R\O spoke with the Suspect and due to the suspicion of impairment SFSTs were conducted. Due to the numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
