| CARRYING DANGEROUS WEAPON (OUTSIDE HOME OR PLACE OF BUSINESS) | 15:10:00 | 260825002756 | R/O 1, R/O 2, and R/O 3 responded to a call for an illegally parked truck with a guillotine in the bed of the truck in the Unit Block of East Capitol Street SE. Upon arrival, R/O 1 and R/O 2 observed the Suspect seated in the bed of the truck with an approximately 10 foot-tall, fully functioning wooden guillotine equipped with what appeared to be a metal blade sharpened at an angle. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. R/O 4 responded to process the scene. R/O 5 responded and conducted a custodial interview. |
