R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of E Street NW. Upon approach, R/O observed multiple open containers of what appeared to be alcoholic beverages in the front and rear of the vehicle. Additionally, R/O noticed an odor consistent with marijuana and alcoholic beverages emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search, R/O discovered multiple open cans containing liquid with an odor consistent with an alcoholic beverage. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

A WALES/NCIC check through USCP Communications revealed no registration on file. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Independence Avenue SE. Upon approach, R/O observed 1/4 full bottle consistent with an alcoholic beverage on the rear driver side floorboard. Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle's VIN revealed no registration on file. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

During an inventory search, R/O located a clear glass pipe and a small bag containing a white crystalline substance from the driver side door interior compartment. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During a search incident to arrest, narcotics were found on the Suspect's person. Crime Scene Search was notified and responded to process the scene. |
