A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the registration was expired. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of H Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended driving status out of North Carolina and no status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was initiated in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SW. The Suspect ignored R/O's order to stop, put the vehicle in drive, and fled the scene traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes in the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SW. R/O accelerated and turned left to avoid being struck by the Suspect's vehicle. The Suspect's vehicle was located in the 900 Block of Independence Avenue SW and continued to flee. USCP Watch Commander advised no pursuit. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |
| ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER + BENCH WARRANT | 21:46:00 | 260106000052 | R/O was flagged down by multiple Special Police Officers in reference to an Assault in the 400 Block of 2nd Street NW. R/O observed that the Suspect was handcuffed to a railing in the same location. R/O spoke to the victim, a special police officer, about what had occurred. The victim stated that the Suspect had grabbed the victim by the shoulder and attempted to pull them over the railing. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an Active Bench Warrant out of Metropolitan Police Department in reference to Firing a Weapon. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The tag displayed on the Suspects vehicle returned to a different vehicle. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of I Street SW. When speaking to the driver, R/O detected a strong odor of alcohol emitting from the drivers breath and observed slurred speech. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O noticed a red cup containing liquid consistent with that of an alcohol beverage tucked under the passenger seat. | |

| FLEEING FROM A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IN A MOTOR VEHICLE + SPEEDING AND RECKLESS DRIVING | 18:09:00 | 260106000049 | R/O observed a vehicle doing a burnout and operating at a high rate of speed in the Unit Block of Third Street NW. The Suspect then proceeded to make a right turn without a signal, cross into an opposing lane of traffic, and turn left through a solid red signal. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. While the R/O was approaching the vehicle the Suspect accelerated northbound at a high rate of speed. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |
| DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY | 12:00:00 | 260106000044 | R/O was notified of a report of destruction of property in a room in a House Office Building. The Complainant stated there were six stickers on a file cabinet in the office when they left the office. The Complainant returned to the office over a week later and the stickers had been removed without their permission. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. |
