CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 13:35:00 250910002925 R/O observed multiple suspects chanting and holding signs in a Senate Office Building cafeteria. The Suspects were given three warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to stop. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THEFT I 10:05:00 250910002924 R/O responded to a report of a theft . The Complainant stated she noticed an embassy challenge coin was missing from the room and was last seen on September 8, 2025. All attempts to locate the property were met with negative results. CIS was notified.
SIMPLE ASSAULT 20:47:00 250910002929 R/O was approached by a Suspect (S1) , in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE, that stated he was assaulted with a knife. R/O initiated a lookout through communications and shorty after the Suspect (S2) was located. A/O-1 confirmed the lookout and began a search of S2. During the search, a knife was discovered in the front right pants pocket, and S2 was immediately detained. A/O-2 approach an additional Suspect (S3), confirmed by witnesses, that was possibly involved in the incident. A/O-2 asked S3 his involvement. S3 stated S1 assaulted his son at the intersection of Second and F Streets NE. CIS responded to the scene and interviewed all parties involved. After further investigation, the all Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarter for processing.
CARRYING A PISTOL WITHOUT A LICENSE (OUTSIDE HOME OR PLACE OF BUISNESS) + POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED FIREARM / UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM OR DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION 02:29:00 250910002917 R/O was parked in the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NE, when an unknown vehicle pulled along the passenger side of the cruiser and a male voice said, "help me". Upon approach, R/O made contact with the driver who stated he was lost. R/O observed an Apache hard case in the rear cabin of the vehicle, which in R/Os experience are commonly used for transporting/storing firearms. R/O inquired if the Suspect had a firearm in the vehicle, which the Suspect confirmed. At this time, the Suspect was detained. While R/O continued to investigate, R/O discovered a black in color handgun, upholstered placed underneath a backpack. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process and seize the recovered firearm. Further investigation revealed, the firearm had no magazine loaded into the magazine well of the firearm, and the firearms chamber had one spent casing occupying the chamber of the firearm. On the passengers side floorboard of the vehicle, a magazine designed to fit the firearm was recovered loaded with seven live rounds. Four additional loose rounds were recovered in the trunk of the vehicle.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 11:24:00 250909002907 R/O responded to a room in a House Office Building for a report of an individual blocking a Member of Congress from leaving their office. Multiple witnesses stated a person stood in the doorway of the office in an attempt to address the Member of Congress, which prevented anyone from entering or exiting. R/O subsequently located the individual on the first floor of the building. CIS then responded to assist with the investigation. Once all parties involved in the incident were interviewed, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 13:00:00 250909002909 R/O observed multiple individuals singing, chanting, and obstructing the hallway near a room in a Senate Office Building. The individuals were warned to cease and desist their demonstration activity, but they refused to comply. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - POCA 1:12:00 250908002897 R/O observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of D Street NW. Upon approach, R/O smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from inside the vehicle. R/O observed the driver had red and glassy eyes. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, an open container of whiskey was found behind the driver seat of the vehicle.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE + RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY $1000 OR MORE UNLAWFUL ENTRY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 21:42:00 250908002901 R/O was monitoring a radio transmission for a stolen auto coming in the area of the Capitol Grounds. R/O canvassed the area and observed the vehicle identified in the aforementioned radio transmission in the 600 Block of South Capitol Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the vehicle's stolen status. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 900 Block of South Capitol Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver and passenger was conducted. The inquiry of the driver revealed an active extraditable warrant held by the Washington Metropolitan Airports Authority Police and confirmed through USCP Communications. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS responded to interview the Suspects. Both Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF 20:46:00 250907002895 R/O saw a vehicle make a left turn against a red signal at the intersection of M Street and New Jersey Avenue SE. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of L Street SE. Upon approach of the vehicle, R/O smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the drivers breath. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
INDECENT EXPOSURE 8:13:00 250906002882 R/O responded to a call in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE for a report of an unclothed male. R/O observed the Suspect completely naked and a stop was conducted in the same location. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
