Upon further investigation with the Suspect, R/O 2 observed an odor consistent with alcohol and marijuana emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, Suspect 1 was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. Suspect 2 was located at the intersection of Half and M Streets SW by R/O 3. Suspect 2 was standing next to her vehicle that had been struck by Suspect 1. While conversing with Suspect 2, R/O 1 observed overly excited and talkative behavior. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, Suspect 2 was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Suspect's eyes were bloodshot and glassy. R/O could also smell a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
