NO PERMIT 17:01:00 260729002511 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW with expired registration. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle confirmed the expired status. A traffic stop was conducted at 200 Constitution Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a suspended license out of Maryland with no driving status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 13:46:00 260728002482 R/O observed a vehicle with an expired registration in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street. A WALES/NCIC check of the tag confirmed an expired registration. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW. Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed no valid driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS AND NO PERMIT 17:35:00 260727002473 R/O observed a vehicle displaying an expired registration traveling southbound in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. While speaking with the Suspect the R/O noticed their eyes were bloodshot. R/O asked the Suspect if they had consumed marijuana and they answered in the affirmative. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT AND POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL 2:58:00 260727002462 R/O 1 and R/O 2 observed a vehicle traveling with an inoperable taillight in the Unit Block of M Street SE. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O observed an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage in the back seat of the vehicle. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS AND POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL 0:07:00 260727002460 R/O 1 observed a vehicle traveling with no taillights illuminated in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street. A traffic stop was conducted in the 800 Block of North Capitol Street. A WALES/NCIC check on the tag revealed it did not return to the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check of the VIN revealed an expired temporary tag out of Maryland. R/O 2 observed a half empty bottle of an alcoholic beverage in the passenger seat. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF, NO PERMIT AND POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE 2:39:00 260726002454 R/O observed a vehicle commit multiple traffic violations in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Bock of Columbus Circle NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. While speaking with the Suspect, RO detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage and observed glassy, bloodshot eyes. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed an open container of an alcoholic beverage.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF 0:45:00 260726002453 R/O observed a vehicle commit multiple traffic violations in the 600 Block of M Street SE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 1100 Block of Second Place SE. While talking to the driver, R/O detected a moderate odor of alcohol emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 2:39:00 260726002455 R/O observed a vehicle with no running lights in the 200 Block of H Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE- 1ST OFFENCE 21:29:00 260724002451 R/O 1 responded to 67 K Street SW for the report of a hit and run. A stop was conducted on a vehicle matching the description of the striking vehicle at the intersection of Half and K Streets SW. Upon further investigation with the Suspect, R/O 2 observed an odor consistent with alcohol and marijuana emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, Suspect 1 was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. Suspect 2 was located at the intersection of Half and M Streets SW by R/O 3. Suspect 2 was standing next to her vehicle that had been struck by Suspect 1. While conversing with Suspect 2, R/O 1 observed overly excited and talkative behavior. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, Suspect 2 was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE 2:18:00 260725002442 R/O observed a vehicle at the intersection of Louisiana Avenue and D Street NW displaying an expired registration. R/O initiated a traffic stop in the Unit Block of D Street NW. During the stop, R/O observed the Suspect was slow to respond to questions and appeared confused. The Suspect's eyes were bloodshot and glassy. R/O could also smell a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
