A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license out of Maryland, with no status in Virginia or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Constitution Avenue NW. While speaking with the Suspect, RO smelled odors consistent with marijuana and alcohol. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the Suspect's vehicle revealed an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage. | |
| LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PERSONAL INJURY | 23:25:00 | 251107003418 | R/O responded to the southbound lanes of Interstate 395 in the Third Street tunnel for the report of a crash with injuries. During the course of the investigation, R/O determined the Suspect's vehicle struck the Complainant's vehicle on the rear passenger side bumper before it fled the scene in an unknown direction. The Complainant was unable to identify the striking vehicle. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified for further investigation. | |

A canvass of the area revealed multiple stickers were affixed to street signs and utility poles along D Street, Second Street, Constitution Avenue, and First Street NE. CSS responded and processed the scene. |
