| STOLEN TAG | 10:54:00 | 260701002171 | R/O responded to the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building for the report of a stolen tag. The Complainant stated they parked their vehicle on June 18th at approximately 1000 hours and when they returned July 1st the front license plate had been removed. A canvas of the area was met with negative results. CID was notified and will continue to investigate. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - FIRST OFFENSE | 1:57:00 | 260701002166 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW drive through a solid red turn signal and made several other traffic violations. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of First Street NW. While speaking with the driver, R/O detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. The driver's had watery and glassy eyes and their speech was slurred. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING | 13:16:00 | 260701002174 | R/O while on patrol responded to the House Steps of the U.S. Capitol Building for the report of an active demonstration. Upon arrival, R/O observed an individual holding up a sign in an area that is illegal to demonstrate. The Suspect was given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Upon arrival, R/O observed a vehicle parked in the 100 Block of K Street SE with the right passenger window broken out and laying on the ground. The Complainant noticed their vehicle glove box and console had been opened, but nothing was taken. A/O-1 and A/O-2 responded and processed the scene. S/A was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

Upon arrival, the Complainant stated an unknown vehicle struck the driver's side of their vehicle causing damage and then fled the scene. During the screening process, R/O observed what appeared to be a pipe on the x-ray monitor. An administrative search of the bag was conducted and revealed a fifteen-inch metal pipe. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Suspect stated he was diffusing bombs in the area to protect the city and provided multiple locations where he had removed other irrigation box covers. An AOC supervisor responded to inspect multiple irrigation boxes in the area and advised they were damaged as well. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
