A traffic stop was conducted in the unit block of E Street NW. While speaking with the suspect R/O noticed a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from inside the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest. During an inventory search of the vehicle R/O located an open can of what appeared to be an alcoholic beverage in the driver's door. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle tag and VIN returned no vehicle or registration on file. Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no driving status in District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

When the light turned green, the vehicle proceeded straight through a right turn only lane into the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW and then passed through a solid red light at the intersection of North Capitol Street and E Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC revealed the vehicle tags did not belong to the vehicle involved in the traffic stop. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O observed the vehicle straddling lanes and swerving for several blocks. A traffic stop was conducted at 500 C Street NE. While speaking to the driver, R/O noticed the driver's eyes were red and glassy and their speech was slow to respond. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O observed the individual approach the Complainant at a bus stop and invaded their personal space. The individual threw the bottle in the trash and approached the Complainant again. The Complainant told the individual to get away from them. The Complainant raised their crutches in a manner to keep the individual from advancing towards them. R/O detained the individual and retrieved the bottle of vodka from the trash can. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
