The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A WALES/NCIC of the Suspect revealed an active bench warrant held by the District of Columbia. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE- 1ST OFFENSE, POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE | 1:03:00 | 2.6102E+11 | R/O observed a vehicle turn right against a red signal at the intersection of Third Street and Independence Avenue SW. R/O followed the vehicle for several blocks and observed the vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and failed to maintain their lane. The vehicle turned onto Constitution Avenue into the wrong lane. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Constitution Avenue NE. R/O noticed the driver's eyes were bloodshot and glassy and smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A search of the vehicle incident to arrest revealed multiple open containers of alcohol throughout the vehicle. A/O responded to process the scene. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle through USCP Communications confirmed the expired registration. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a revoked District of Columbia drivers permit with no status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O detected a faint odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Once on the scene, R/O observed the individual asleep in the driver's seat of a vehicle. R/O woke the driver who appeared to be extremely disoriented and lethargic. R/O noticed the driver's eyes were glassy and detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the driver's breath, and smelled vomit coming in the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A search of the vehicle incident to arrest revealed four empty miniature bottles of Tito's Vodka in the center console. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop at the entrance of the Third Street Tunnel. While speaking with the driver, R/O noticed a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were administered and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, A/O discovered multiple open containers of liquid consistent with an alcohol beverage on the front passenger floorboard. | |

While speaking with the driver, R/O noticed the driver's eyes were glassy and detected a faint odor of marijuana emitting from the car. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was subsequently conducted in the 200 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. During the course of the investigation, R/O detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
