INDECENT EXPOSURE 19:45:00 260610001916 R/O responded to the 900 Block of First Street SE for an individual expressing concern over a neighbor. The individual stated that beginning May 2025, the Suspect would repeatedly stand nude in the front doorway of their own apartment. The victim stated that while they returned home, the Suspect had opened the door while grunting and moaning at the victim. R/O knocked on the door of the Suspect with no response. CIS was notified.
POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION 18:11:00 260610001914 R/O 1 observed an individual enter the Capitol Visitor Center and place their bag through the x-ray machine. During the screening process, an image on the X-ray monitor displayed what appeared to be a loaded handgun magazine. An administrative search of the suspect's bag revealed a magazine containing 6 rounds of ammunition. R/O 2 responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CARRYING A PISTOL W\O A LICENSE & UNREG AMMO 12:58:00 260608001883 R/O 1 responded to a call for a man with a gun in the 400 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. The suspect was stopped inside the hotel lobby at 415 New Jersey Avenue NW. NCIC check revealed no wants or warrants, and the suspect presented an Alabama pistol permit. The suspect admitted to possessing a firearm in their suitcase. Fifty-Eight (58) rounds of ammunition were found in the suspect's vehicle. R/O 2 confirmed with DC registration that the suspect did not possess a firearm license for the District of Columbia. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. Crime Scene Search responded and processed the scene.
FAILURE TO APPEAR, NO PERMIT 3RD OFFENSE, MISUSE OF TAGS, ALTERED REGISTRATION & FAIL TO EXHIBIT LICENSE 8:16:00 260608001883 R/O observed a vehicle in the Unit Block of H Street NW with Maryland expiration stickers attached to a Virginia license plate. NCIC check revealed the tag was registered to another vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of H Street NE. NCIC check of the suspect revealed no valid driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia as well as an active warrant for failure to appear. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 14:27:00 260608001886 R/O observed the Suspect demonstrating on the House plaza of the Capitol Building with a wagon, speaker, multiple flags and signs. The Suspect was given three warnings to leave and the suspect refused. The suspect was determined to not be in compliance with Capitol Traffic Regulations: 12.5 props and equipment & 12.5.20 requirements for Permit Applications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF & NO PERMIT 1:25:00 260608001877 R/O observed a vehicle with no lights illuminated in the 100 Block of Third Street SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of C Street SW. NCIC check of the suspect revealed no valid driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O observed glossy eyes and slurred speech. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF & DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - UNDER 21 0:22:00 260607001874 R/O responded to the scene of a traffic crash involving two vehicles in the northbound lanes of the Third Street Tunnel. While speaking with the suspect, R/O detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF & RESISTING ARREST 3:05:00 260607001875 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE with no lights illuminated. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of D Street NE. While speaking with the suspect, R/O detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the suspect was placed under arrest. While attempting to apply handcuffs, the suspect repeatedly tensed both arms and pulled away from officers. The suspect was successfully placed in handcuffs and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF THEMPORARY TAGS, RECEVEING STOLEN PROPERTY & NO PERMIT 20:38:00 260606001872 R/O 1 observed the suspect driving a scooter without a helmet in the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SW. A traffic stop was initiated in the 300 Block of Independence Avenue SW. NCIC check revealed the temporary tag was reported stolen and registered to a different vehicle. NCIC check revealed no status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. R/O 2 responded and processing the scene.
NO PERMIT & ALTERED REGISTRATION 13:40:00 260605001851 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the 800 Block of South Capitol Street SW displaying an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the 1200 Block of South Capitol Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle confirmed the expired status. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed no operator's permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
