A WALES/NCIC check of the VIN revealed the vehicle as stolen. The Suspects were placed under arrest. During a search incident to arrest a bag of capsules full of white powder was located in one of the Suspect's socks. During an inventory search of the vehicle R/O located an open bottle of what appeared to be an alcoholic beverage. Also during the search a bag containing a green leafy substance was located. A/O responded and processed the scene. The Suspects were transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| SIMPLE ASSAULT, PUBLIC INTOXICATION FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE MISD WARRANT | 22:38:00 | 260525001714 | R/O responded to an assault in progress in the Unit Block of E Street NW. Upon arrival a witness showed R/O video footage from a mobile device of the Suspect striking the Complainant's upper lip with a closed fist causing it to bleed. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect. R/O observed the Suspect being belligerent with blood shot red, watery, and dilated eyes. A WALES/NCIC check on the Suspect name revealed a warrant held by Prince Georges County Sheriff's Office. The warrant was confirmed through USCP Communications as fully extraditable. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
