R/O observed a green bottle of Irish Whiskey in the front passenger seat. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of Maryland Avenue SW. While speaking with the driver, R/O noticed the driver was extremely talkative and had trouble finding his registration. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O discovered a steel bottle containing liquid consistent with that of an alcohol beverage in the center console. | |
