| CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING | 9:42:00 | 260602001780 | R/O-1 and R/O-2 responded to the report of an active demonstration in a Senate Office Building. Upon arrival, R/O observed multiple individuals chanting, yelling and obstructing the hallway during a committee hearing. The individuals were given three warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but refused to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of M Street SE. Upon approach, R/O noticed what appeared to be a counterfeit temporary tag taped to the rear window obstructed by dark tinted glass. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license out of Virginia, with no permit status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Complainant stated the Suspect was standing in the front of the bus striking the interior of the bus and yelling. The Complainant asked the Suspect to leave the bus multiple times and they refused. R/O physically removed the Suspect from the bus. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Suspect's vehicle then left the roadway and began driving on the shoulder at a high rate of speed. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of H Street NE. R/O observed the odor alcohol emanating from the vehicle as well as the Suspect's breath. The Suspect passed R/O a red solo cup, which contained a liquid with an odor consistent with alcohol. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tags were expired, although it had the current year's sticker affixed to them. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of M Street SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license out of Maryland and no driving status the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, a handgun loaded with five (5) rounds in the magazine was discovered in a bag under the drivers seat. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS conducted a custodial interview of the Suspect. The individual admitted to owning the handgun. An inquiry through the Metropolitan Police Department Gun Registration Unit revealed the individual does not possess a license to carry a firearm or ammunition in the District of Columbia. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW. RO observed the Suspect having watery/glassy eyes and smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed an open container labeled tequila. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the alley off the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license out of Virginia and no status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. Upon further investigation, R/O observed behaviors consistent with drug use. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
