| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE | 0:23:00 | 260613001955 | R/O observed a vehicle commit multiple traffic offenses in the northbound lanes of the Third Street Tunnel. A traffic stop was conducted in the 500 Block of Second Street NW. RO smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and observed bloodshot eyes while speaking with Suspect 1. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, Suspect 1 was placed under arrest. Suspect 2 exited the vehicle and RO inquired about a baby bottle containing green liquid in the back pocket of Suspect 2. Suspect 2 admitted to being in possession of a controlled substance that was prescribed to a family member. CSS responded to the scene. The green liquid tested positive for a controlled substance. Suspect 2 was placed under arrest. Both Suspects were transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE | 16:38:00 | 260613001957 | R/O-1 and R/O-2 responded to the 400 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE to assist Supreme Court Police with a combative subject. While on scene AO observed the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspects breath. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 900 Block of North Capitol Street NE. RO noticed the driver using slurred speech and had watery bloodshot eyes while speaking. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFFENSE + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL-VEHICLE | 16:55:00 | 260612001952 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 700 Block of North Capitol Street NW displaying an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of G Place NE. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor of burnt cannabis emanating from the vehicle. R/O observed the drivers eyes were bloodshot and glassy. SFSTs were administered and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed a bottle with a liquid consistent with smell of an alcoholic beverage in the center console. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle revealed an expired/suspended registration and an attempt to locate status by MPD Fifth District due to the vehicle being reported to have been released from an impound lot to another party other than the owner. A traffic stop was conducted in the 1200 Block of Van Street SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an expired driver's license out of the District of Columbia and California with no valid driving status in Maryland or Virginia. CSS responded to process the scene. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The individual stated that beginning May 2025, the Suspect would repeatedly stand nude in the front doorway of their own apartment. The victim stated that while they returned home, the Suspect had opened the door while grunting and moaning at the victim. R/O knocked on the door of the Suspect with no response. CIS was notified. | |
| POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION | 18:11:00 | 260610001914 | R/O 1 observed an individual enter the Capitol Visitor Center and place their bag through the x-ray machine. During the screening process, an image on the X-ray monitor displayed what appeared to be a loaded handgun magazine. An administrative search of the suspect's bag revealed a magazine containing 6 rounds of ammunition. R/O 2 responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING | 14:27:00 | 260608001886 | R/O observed the Suspect demonstrating on the House plaza of the Capitol Building with a wagon, speaker, multiple flags and signs. The Suspect was given three warnings to leave and the suspect refused. The suspect was determined to not be in compliance with Capitol Traffic Regulations: 12.5 props and equipment & 12.5.20 requirements for Permit Applications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
