NO PERMIT + RESISTING ARREST FAILURE TO OBEY OFFICER 21:05:00 260315000770 R/O observed a vehicle in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NW with no tags displayed. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an expired license out of Maryland and no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. While attempting to place the Suspect under arrest, the Suspect fled the scene ignoring R/Os verbal commands to stop. R/O located and stopped the Suspect in the Unit Block of E Street NW. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE- 1ST OFFENSE + Possession Of OPEN Container Of Alcohol - Vehicle 3:34:00 260315000768 R/O observed a vehicle in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW with no running lights. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. R/O approached the vehicle and the odor of alcohol was emanating from the vehicle. A bottle of Don Julio was seen on the passenger floorboard. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
BENCH WARRANT X2 20:58:00 260314000765 R/O responded to a man-down call in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street. A WALES/NCIC check of the individual revealed two active District of Columbia bench warrants. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE- 1ST OFFENSE 0:48:00 260314000752 R/O observed a vehicle travel through a solid red light while exiting Columbus Circle onto Massachusetts Avenue NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 800 Block of North Capitol Street NE. During the course of the investigation, R/O detected a moderate odor of alcohol emanating from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE- 1ST OFFENSE 3:50:00 260314000755 R/O observed a vehicle commit multiple traffic offenses in the 500 and 600 Blocks of North Capitol Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of D Street NW. During the course of the investigation, R/O detected a faint odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PROPERTY DAMAGE + DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - FIRST OFFENSE RECKLESS DRIVING 17:57:00 260314000764 R/O responded to canvass the area of First and D Street SE for a complaint of a vehicle driving through multiple red lights broadcasted over MPD 1D radio. While on canvass, R/O was flagged down and made aware of a traffic accident that occurred in the 400 Block of New Jersey Avenue SE. Upon arrival, R/O observed a vehicle that collided with a parked car. A witness directed R/O to the driver of the striking vehicle standing at the intersection. R/O made contact and could smell a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspects breath. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE- 1ST OFFENSE 3:44:00 260314000754 R/O observed a vehicle fail to maintain their lane of travel through the Unit Block of H Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of H Street NW. During the course of the investigation, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 13:07:00 260314000758 R/O observed a vehicle approach the intersection of North Capitol Street and Louisiana Avenue NW and make an abrupt lane change into the Unit Block of D Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE- 1ST OFFENSE 3:00:00 260314000753 R/O observed a vehicle traveling with the rear passenger hanging out of their window in the 700 Block of Third Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of H Street NW. During the course of the investigation, R/O detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE- 1ST OFFENSE + POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 20:00:00 260313000750 R/O observed a vehicle stopped in the intersection of New Jersey Avenue and H Street SE. R/O made contact with the driver whose speech was heavily slurred. R/O subsequently conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of H Street SE. During the course of the investigation, R/O detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During a search incident to arrest, R/O discovered two (2) small bags containing a yellowish-white rock-like substance. CSS responded to prisoner processing and tested the substance, which returned positive for cocaine.
