A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. While speaking with the driver, R/O observed the driver's speech was slurred. R/O also detected a moderately strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory of the vehicle, R/O observed an open container labeled Tequila in the back seat. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1000 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. Upon approach, R/O detected a faint odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, A/O located an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage on the rear passenger seat's floorboard. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A/O responded and, upon approaching the vehicle, detected a strong odor of burnt marijuana emanating from within the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a District of Columbia Identification Card only and no valid permit in Maryland or Virginia. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of H Street NE. R/O noticed the Suspects eyes were bloodshot red, had slurred speech, as well as a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the Suspect's breath. R/O asked if they consumed any alcohol, in which the Suspect stated they had a couple of drinks. The Suspect did not consent to SFST's but due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O noticed the driver's eyes were bloodshot eyes, their speech slurred and smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the driver's breath.
