CARRYING A PISTOL W/O A LICENSE (OUTSIDE HOME OR PLACE OF BUSINESS + POSS. OF UNREG. FIREARM / UNLAWFUL POSS. OF A FIREARM OR DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE POSS. OF UNREG. AMMUNITION POSS. OF A LARGE CAPACITY AMMUNITION FEEDING DEVICE 06:20:00 251215003727 R/O observed an individual submit to an administrative search upon entering a House Office Building and walking through the magnetometer. During the course of the search, R/O discovered a holstered handgun loaded with a 13-round magazine containing 11 rounds of ammunition in the person's waistband. An inquiry through the Metropolitan Police Department's Gun Registration Unit revealed the individual did not possess a permit to carry a firearm, nor was the firearm or ammunition properly registered, within the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS was advised of the offense.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL (POCA) NO PERMIT 2:51:00 251214003725 R/O observed a vehicle driving the wrong direction in the Unit Block of M Street SE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 1100 Block of First Street, SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended Maryland Driver's License with no status in Virginia or the District of Columbia. Upon approach, RO smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During vehicle inventory, an opened bottle containing an alcoholic beverage was discovered.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL/PUBLIC INTOXICATION 2:38:00 251214003724 R/O observed a vehicle driving the wrong direction in the 200 Block of Washington Avenue, SW. RO conducted a traffic stop in the same location. Upon approach, R/O smelled the odor of an alcoholic beverage and observed an opened beer bottle near the driver. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE + DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED - UNDER 21 POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE PURCHASE, POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY PERSONS UNDER 21 3:12:00 251213003720 R/O observed a vehicle make a left turn from the 400 Block of First Street NE onto the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE and stopped in the middle of the roadway after passing the traffic signal. The vehicle continued westbound while straddling lanes. A traffic stop was initiated in the 700 Block of North Capitol Street NE. As R/O approached the driver, R/O observed theirs eyes were glassy and smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect, who is under the legal drinking age, was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A search of the vehicle incident to arrest, revealed an open bottle of Margarita in the center console.
NO VALID PERMIT + LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS 15:23:00 251213003723 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NW displaying expired registration A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle revealed the tags were registered to a different vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license out of Maryland, a cancelled license out of the District of Columbia and no status in Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
PERMIT- NO VALID 14:05:00 251213003722 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the Unit Block of Constitution Avenue NE displaying expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license out of Maryland and no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT + FAIL TO EXHIBIT 19:47:00 251212003718 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE turn right against the red turn signal and a visible "No Turn On Red" sign at the intersection of North Capitol Street and Massachusetts Avenue NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street. The driver stated they had California operator's permit. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the driver did not possess a permit in California, District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 23:21:00 251211003708 R/O observed a vehicle driving westbound in the Unit Block of Constitution Avenue NW. The vehicle failed to maintain its lane multiple times and proceeded through a solid red traffic signal at the intersection of Louisiana Avenue and C Street NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended permit out of Maryland with no driving status in Virginia or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT - 2ND OFFENSE 23:31:00 251212003719 R/O observed a vehicle in the Unit Block of M Street SE with an expired temporary registration. A WALES/NCI inquiry confirmed the expired status. A traffic stop was conducted in the 1200 Block of Half Street SW. A WALES/NCIC of the driver revealed a suspended Maryland operators permit and no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 10:24:00 251211003699 R/O responded to a room in a House Office Building for the report of a demonstration. R/O observed Suspects actively demonstrating. The Suspects were given a warning to cease and desist their demonstration activity, but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
