The Complainant stated they parked the scooter at approximately 1200 hours and noticed it was missing at 1500 hours. All attempts to locate the scooter were met with negative results. | UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE, UNLAWFUL ENTRY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY, NO PERMIT | 16:51:00 | 251024003317 | R/O observed a box truck matching the description of a stolen vehicle given by MPD going westbound in the 300 Block of H Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the tag confirmed the vehicle was stolen. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of H Street NE. A WALES/NCIC of the driver revealed no driving status in the District of Columbia, Virginia or Maryland. The Suspect revealed they received the vehicle from the girlfriend. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A/O-1 and A/O-2 responded and processed the scene. S/A was notified and will continue to investigate. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE | 1:55:00 | 251024003309 | R/O observed a vehicle stopped in the roadway in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue NW with the engine running. RO approached the vehicle and found the Suspect appearing to be unconscious in the driver's seat of the vehicle. Due to signs of impairment, SFSTs were conducted by A/O-1. During SFSTs, it was determined that the Suspect was under the influence of a controlled substance. Due to signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest. While in handcuffs, the Suspect became pale and lost consciousness. Narcan was administered to the Suspect and the Suspect was transported to George Washington Hospital by DC Fire. A/O-2 and A/O-3 responded to the scene to process the vehicle. Crime Scene recovered several substances from the vehicle including GBL, isobutyl nitrate, and methamphetamine. CIS was notified for further investigation. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A WALES/ NCIC check of the driver revealed a revoke drivers license in Virginia with no driving status in Maryland or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was initiated in the Unit Block of N Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid driver's license in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. While speaking the Suspect, RO observed watery/glassy eyes and noticed slurred speech. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, a bottle with liquid that smelled consistent with an alcoholic beverage was discovered. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. WALES/NCIC checks confirmed the registration expiration as well as a suspended driver's license out of Virginia with no status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Complainant reported seeing an individual place a "free Palestine sticker" over a "stand with Israel poster." A search for the individual was met with negative results. A/O responded and processed the scene. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS, OPERATING AFTER REVOCATION, POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL | 17:15:00 | 251021003289 | R/O observed a vehicle displaying expired tags turn right from the far left-hand lane in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of E Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a revoked District of Columbia driver's license. While speaking to the driver, R/O detected a faint odor of alcohol emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While conducting an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O located a "makeshift cooler" in the front passenger seat with an open container of alcohol inside. |
