A WALES/NCIC check of the VIN revealed an expired temporary tag out of Maryland. R/O 2 observed a half empty bottle of an alcoholic beverage in the passenger seat. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. While speaking with the Suspect the R/O noticed their eyes were bloodshot. R/O asked the Suspect if they had consumed marijuana and they answered in the affirmative. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O observed an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage in the back seat of the vehicle. While speaking with the Suspect, RO detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage and observed glassy, bloodshot eyes. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed an open container of an alcoholic beverage. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1100 Block of Second Place SE. While talking to the driver, R/O detected a moderate odor of alcohol emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF AND POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE | 3:52:00 | 2607250023443 | R/O 1 observed a vehicle making several traffic infractions at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and New Jew Jersey Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the registration expired 6/2026. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of E Street NW. Upon approach, R/O observed the Suspect eyes to be glassy and red and could detect the smell consistent with marijuana coming from the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect returned with no warrants. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. While conducting a search inventory of the vehicle, R/O located two open containers under the driver's seat and the front passenger seat. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE- 1ST OFFENCE | 21:29:00 | 260724002451 | R/O 1 responded to 67 K Street SW for the report of a hit and run. A stop was conducted on a vehicle matching the description of the striking vehicle at the intersection of Half and K Streets SW. Upon further investigation with the Suspect, R/O 2 observed an odor consistent with alcohol and marijuana emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, Suspect 1 was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. Suspect 2 was located at the intersection of Half and M Streets SW by R/O 3. Suspect 2 was standing next to her vehicle that had been struck by Suspect 1. While conversing with Suspect 2, R/O 1 observed overly excited and talkative behavior. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, Suspect 2 was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Suspect's eyes were bloodshot and glassy. R/O could also smell a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was initiated in the 100 Block of Third Street SW. A WALES/NCIC of the Suspect revealed a suspended driver’s license in Virginia, with no status in the District of Columbia or Maryland, as well as an extraditable warrant out of Maryland.
