NO PERMIT - 2ND OFFENSE 10:42:00 260806002576 R/O observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the Unit Block of M Street NE with all of its windows broken. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle revealed that the registration was suspended. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed that the driver's license was suspended in Maryland, canceled in the District of Columbia, and had no status in Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 10:35:00 2.60805E+11 R/O responded to the Atrium of the Hart Senate Office Building for the report of an active demonstration. R/O observed multiple individuals chanting and yelling in the Atrium. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - FIRST OFFENSE 1:09:00 2.60805E+11 R/O 1 observed a vehicle parked near the curb in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SW with its engine running. R/O spoke to R/O 2 who stated that the vehicle was parked there for approximately twenty-five minutes. R/O 1 approached the vehicle and observed that the driver appeared to be passed out in the driver seat with the engine running. R/O 1 observed the driver displayed glassy eyes, and R/O 1 could detect a faint odor of an alcoholic beverage from the driver's breath. SFST's were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT AND POSS W/I TO DISTRIBUTE MARIJUANA - MISD 17:18:00 2.60804E+11 R/O 1 observed a vehicle in the 200 Block of Third Street NW displaying an expired registration sticker. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Constitution Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of vehicle, R/O 2 located 15 individual bags of a green leafy substance consistent with marijuana, and a scale inside a backpack in the vehicle's trunk. R/O 3 responded and processed the scene. CSS advised the weight of the 15 bags of the green leafy substance was approximately 14.5 ounces.
NO PERMIT 17:54:00 2.60804E+11 R/O observed a vehicle at the intersection of First Street and Independence Avenue SE, making a right turn on a red signal arrow. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a suspended license out of Maryland with no driving status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 0:39:00 2.60804E+11 R/O observed a vehicle in the 700 Block of Second Street NW make a right turn without using a hand or mechanical signal. A WALES/NCIC check revealed an expired vehicle registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of H Street NW. A WALES/ NCIC check of the driver revealed no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT, LOANING REGISTRATION MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS AND POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE 11:05:00 2.60804E+11 R/O 1 observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the 400 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the tag revealed it belonged to a different vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During a search incident to arrest, R/O 2 found one (1) gray pill and one (1) green pill in the Suspect's shirt pocket. R/O 3 and R/O 4 responded and processed the scene. The pills were field tested positive for the controlled substance ecstasy.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 10:52:00 2.60803E+11 R/O responded to the a Senate office building for the report of an active demonstration. R/O 2 observed multiple individuals chanting and yelling in the building. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF LIQUID PCP, DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - FIRST OFFENSE AND ALLOW OPERATION W/ IMPROPER TAGS 21:13:00 2.60803E+11 R/O 1 observed a vehicle stopped in the middle of the crosswalk in the 400 Block of Third Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle tag revealed the tag was registered to a different vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. While speaking to the driver, R/O 1 noticed the drivers' eyes were red and bloodshot and spoke with slurred speech. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed a glass vial containing a liquid with a strong chemical odor consistent with the smell of PCP in the driver's side door. R/O 2 responded to process the scene. A portion of the liquid in the vial liquid field tested positive for PCP.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE 3:27:00 2.60802E+11 R/O 1 observed a vehicle with damage and a blown tire traveling eastbound in the 100 Block of D Street NE. The vehicle also ran a red light at Third Street and Massachusetts Avenue NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Third Street NE. The driver exited the vehicle and ignored commands to remain inside. The R/O 1 detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect's breath. R/O 2 responded to conduct SFSTs. After observing numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
