A vehicle matching the description of the lookout was observed fleeing eastbound, at a high rate of speed in oncoming traffic while crossing over double yellow lines via the Watch Command office. R/O observed the vehicle matching the lookout, with the Suspect in the drivers seat and heavy rear end damage at the intersection of 10th Street and Maryland Avenue NE. A/O who witnessed the vehicle collision and made the bolo, confirmed this vehicle was involved in the collision. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O and A/O proceeded to physically remove the Suspect from the vehicle. R/O felt the Suspect tense both of his arms in an attempt to resist being put into handcuffs. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license in Maryland with no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. SFSTs were conducted and based on numerous signs of impairment, the Suspected was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC of the driver revealed the driver did not possess a valid operators permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. | FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE (x2) + NO PERMIT COUNTERFEIT TAGS | 20:11:00 | 250826002780 | R/O observed a vehicle with what appeared to be counterfeit Virginia temporary tags traveling in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the tags yielded no registration on file. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Third Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. Furthermore, the inquiry revealed the driver was subject to extraditable warrants issued through the Prince George's County Sheriff's Office and Montgomery County Police Department. Once Communications confirmed the warrants, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
