FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 04/28/2023 9:45pm 230428000907 R/O observed a vehicle matching the description of a lookout in the 700 Block of H Street NE. R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check on the vehicle tag revealing it was one and the same. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. Upon approach, a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect, revealed he had an outstanding felony warrant out of Jacksonville, Florida. USCP Communications confirmed the warrant and the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID. ADDITONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - MISUSE OF TAGS. 04/27/2023 11:32am 230427000904 R/O observed a vehicle in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW with no front tag displayed. A traffic stop was conducted in the 800 Block of Second Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tags belonged to another vehicle and the Suspect had no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 04/27/2023 10:21am 230427000901 R/O observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SE with dark tint on all windows including the windshield. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SW. R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealing he had no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DISRUPT CONGRESS - DC CODE 10-503.16(b)(4) 04/27/2023 8:45am 230427000896 R/O observed the Suspect stand up and yell, in the Senate Chamber of the U.S. Capitol Building, during a vote. The Suspect was advised to stop yelling but she refused to do so. The Suspect was escorted out of the chamber, placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 04/26/2023 9:57am 230426000889 R/O observed a vehicle in the 400 Block of Second Street NE traveling southbound who failed to yield oncoming traffic and collided with a vehicle traveling northbound on Second Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FEDERAL DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY | USC 18USC1361 04/26/2023 4:35am 230426000883 R/O responded to the United States Botanic Garden for a destruction of property report. Upon arrival, R/O found two uprooted plants that were left on scene. A/O responded to process the scene. S/A was notified and will continue to investigate.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 04/26/2023 2:02am 230426000880 R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect after the individual voluntarily submitted to the administrative search procedures in place at the USCP Off-Site Delivery Center. This check revealed the Suspect was subject to an active arrest warrant issued out of Prince Georges County, Maryland. Once the warrant was confirmed by Communications, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 04/26/2023 4:08pm 230426000895 R/O observed a vehicle displaying expired temporary tags traveling southbound in the Unit Block of First Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle's tags confirmed they were expired. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check through USCP Communications revealed the Suspect's permit was expired in Virginia with no status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
PERMIT-FAIL TO EXHIBIT. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - PERMIT - NO VALID. 04/25/2023 6:47pm 230425000879 R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the Unit Block of Second Street SE with a rear license plate that was partially obstructed from view. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the vehicle's registration was expired. A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Third Street and Independence Avenue SE. When asked to provide a driver's license, the Suspect was unable to do so. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid driver's permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. ADDITIONAL CHARGE: POSS OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE. 04/23/2023 5:10pm 230423000853 R/O observed a vehicle in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW that was stopped in the middle of the roadway. R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected a strong chemical odor emanating from inside the vehicle. SFST's were administered, and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search, R/O and A/O-1 located an open container in the center cupholder of the vehicle consistent with that of alcohol. A/O-2 responded and processed the scene.
