A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they were subject to an active, extraditable warrant originated by the Arlington County Police Department. DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE | 21:49:00 | 250803002572 | R/O observed a vehicle drive through a solid red light without stopping at the intersection of Third Street and Constitution Avenue NW. A traffic stop was then conducted in the 300 Block of Constitution Avenue NW. During the course of the stop, R/O detected a strong odor of alcohol emanating from the driver's breath and observed what appeared to be an open container of alcohol in the vehicle's center console. SFSTs were administered. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A subsequent inventory search of the vehicle allowed R/O to verify the open container observed inside was partially filled with an alcoholic beverage. | |

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: PERMIT REVOKED-OAR POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL | 19:57:00 | 250802002568 | R/O observed a vehicle facing northbound in the 500 Block of First Street NW playing loud music. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle revealed suspended and expired tags. The return also revealed the registered owner's license was suspended. A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. Upon approach, the Suspect's speech was drawn out and incoherent. R/O detected a faint odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from within the vehicle. SFSTs were administered. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's license revealed that it was revoked in the District of Columbia, with no status in Maryland, or Virginia. While conducting an inventory search of the vehicle, an open can containing a liquid, with characteristics consistent with an alcoholic beverage, was located in the center console. | |

The Complainant stated an unknown Suspect stole three flat screen televisions from the storage area. Upon further investigation, one television was located near a different storage area. All attempts to locate the remaining two televisions yielded negative results. R/O responded and processed the scene. S/A was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Washington Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed a suspended Maryland operator's permit with no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. While speaking with the driver, R/O smelled an odor consistent with marijuana emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were administered and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: PERMIT REVOKED - OAR POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE | 0:37:00 | 250801002551 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street at a high rate of speed. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of D Street NW. Upon approach, R/O noticed the Suspect's slurred speech, glassy eyes, and a moderate odor of alcoholic emanating from the Suspect's breath. The suspect retrieved their driver's license from the trunk of the vehicle, where R/O observed an open container of an alcoholic beverage. A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect's driver's license was revoked in the District of Columbia. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

During the course of the stop, R/O detected a strong odor consistent with marijuana emanating from the vehicle and observed what appeared to be a lit blunt in the vehicle's center console. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
