DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF 2:56:00 250906002881 R/O observed a vehicle driving erratically in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of North Capitol Street. Upon approach, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
OPERATING AFTER REVOCATION (OAR) 20:38:00 250906002887 R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE and conducted a WALES/NCIC check that revealed an expired tag. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of Second Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a revoked drivers license in the District of Columbia with no driving status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
INDECENT EXPOSURE 8:13:00 250906002882 R/O responded to a call in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE for a report of an unclothed male. R/O observed the Suspect completely naked and a stop was conducted in the same location. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
SIMPLE ASSAULT X2 16:21:00 250905002878 R/O was flagged down by the Witness to an assault that occurred in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. After the Witness identified the Suspect, R/O and A/O-1 and A/O-2 conducted a subject stop in the intersection of E Street and Columbus Circle NE. At this time, R/O observed the Suspect holding a can of pepper spray. Upon further investigation, A/O-2 located two Victims outside of Union Station who were sprayed with orange liquid by the Suspect. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS + TRAFFIC NO PERMIT 17:04:00 250904002870 R/O observed a vehicle displaying expired tags traveling in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended permit in the District of Columbia and no status in Maryland or Virginia. While speaking with the Suspect R/O noticed an odor consistent with Marijuana. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IN MOTOR VEHICLE 2:07:00 250904002858 R/O observed a vehicle driving erratically, to include abruptly changing lanes without the use of a turn signal in the 400 Block of H Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 Block of H Street NE. During the course of the stop, R/O detected an odor of marijuana, as well as an odor of an alcoholic beverage, emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were subsequently conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of an open bottle of liquid labeled as tequila in the rear passenger compartment.
TRAFFIC NO PERMIT 16:56:00 250904002868 R/O observed a vehicle displaying expired tags traveling in the Unit Block of I Street S.E. A traffic stop was conducted on the ramp to Interstate 395. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended permit in Maryland and no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER 15:36:00 250904002866 R/O responded to the Unit Block of First Street NW for a call for an individual who matched the description of someone who has a stay away order from U.S. Capitol Grounds. When R/O attempted to place the Suspect in handcuffs he actively resisted by stiffening his arms, clenching his fists and throwing himself on the ground. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 9:30:00 250904002860 R/O-1 and R/O-2 observed an individual stand up and shout during an ongoing committee hearing in a Senate Office Building. The Suspect was warned to cease and desist their demonstration activity, but they refused to comply. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING PROPERTY DAMAGE 7:58:00 250903002852 R/O responded to the 100 Block of D Street NE for the report of a motor vehicle crash. R/O arrived to the location to find a single vehicle on scene. The Complainant stated they parked the vehicle in the block and when they came back to the vehicle, it had been damaged. A Witness stated a large truck collided with the vehicle and left the area. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
