FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 21:47:00 251204003653 R/O observed a wanted Suspect in the 500 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. R/O recognized the Suspect from a previously issued BOLO. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the Suspect had an active extraditable warrant held by the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 14:12:00 251204003649 R/O observed a vehicle pass through a solid yellow light at the intersection of First Street and Independence Avenue SW and then proceeded to change lanes multiple times without the use of a signal. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC of the driver revealed a suspended Maryland operators permit and no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF AMMUNITION 10:51:00 251203003629 R/O observed an individual enter a door of a House Office Building. R/O observed an image consistent with ammunition on the x-ray screen. R/O conducted an administrative search of the individual's bag and recovered 40 rounds of 9MM ammunition. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS responded and interviewed the Suspect.
NO PERMIT 9:05:00 251203003627 R/O observed a vehicle at the intersection of Third Street and Maryland Avenue SW with a suspected expired registration even though the vehicle had a current registration sticker affixed. A WALES/NCIC inquiry confirmed the registration was expired and suspended due to an emissions violation. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Independence Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC of the driver revealed no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect placed under arrest and transported to USCP Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - SECOND OFFENSE + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE 19:26:00 251203003639 R/O observed a vehicle, in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE, pass through multiple red stop lights. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Independence Avenue SE. While speaking the Suspect, RO detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O discovered a white water bottle with a liquid that smelled consistent an alcoholic beverage, one 750ml bottle of Vodka half full and one 375ml of Gin quarter full, in a backpack, on the back passenger seat.
POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION 11:54:00 251203003634 R/O responded to offsite screening for a report of a firearm magazine. An administrative search revealed a magazine containing nine rounds of ammunition. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
SIMPLE ASSAULT 14:00:00 251203003637 R/O responded to a door of a Senate Office Building for a report of an assault. R/O made contact with the Complainant who stated they were struck by the Suspect in the back with a closed fist. When confronting the Suspect, the Complainant stated the suspect struck him again. R/O spoke with two Witnesses who confirmed the assault. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
THEFT SECOND DEGREE (THEFT FROM BUILDING) 11:45:00 251203003630 R/O responded to a room in a House Office Building for a theft report. Once on the scene, the reporting person stated they hung a Christmas reef on the door on December 2nd. When they returned on December 3rd, the Christmas reef was gone. Attempts to locate the missing reef and a Suspect was met with negative results.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - FIRST OFFENSE 20:03:00 251202003623 R/O observed a vehicle fail to maintain its lane of travel while turning, without the use of a turn signal, into the Unit Block of D Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of D Street NW. During the course of the stop, R/O detected an odor of burnt marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. SFSTs were subsequently conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 13:18:00 251201003605 R/O observed a vehicle traveling in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SE with an expired tag. R/O conducted a traffic stop was in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a Suspended license out of Virginia and no status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
