The Complainant stated that while loading their vehicle they noticed a bag containing an LCD screen was missing. The Complainant then observed an unknown male running westbound at the intersection of Constitution and Delaware Avenues NE with their property. A search of the area was met with negative results. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

While conducting a canvass, R/O located an individual matching the lookout description laying in the rear seat of a vehicle in the same location. The Suspect made statements to R/O that they did not know the owner of the vehicle or have permission to be inside. While speaking with the driver, R/O detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the drivers breath.
