Upon arrival, R/O observed an individual holding up a sign in an area that is illegal to demonstrate. The Suspect was given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Complainant stated a vehicle struck the passenger side of their vehicle causing damage and then fled the scene. A canvass for the vehicle and witnesses was met with negative results. During the screening process, R/O observed what appeared to be a pipe on the x-ray monitor. An administrative search of the bag was conducted and revealed a fifteen-inch metal pipe. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC inquiry confirmed the expired status. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a suspended permit Maryland drivers permit and no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Suspect stated he was diffusing bombs in the area to protect the city and provided multiple locations where he had removed other irrigation box covers. An AOC supervisor responded to inspect multiple irrigation boxes in the area and advised they were damaged as well. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O had a conversation with the driver of one vehicle and could smell a moderate odor consistent with an alcoholic beverage emitting from the driver's breath. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE; DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE; NO PERMIT | 0:34:00 | 260629002137 | R/O observed a vehicle roll through a solid red traffic signal at Columbus Circle and First Street NE and come to a stop in the middle of the intersection. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A NCIC/WALES check revealed the Suspect had no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. R/O observed that the Suspect was sweating profusely, slurring their speech, and also had bloodshot and glassy eyes. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O observed numerous clear baggies on the front passenger seat of the vehicle. CSS responded to test the substance, which tested positive for cocaine. A search of the vehicle's trunk revealed a 128 small baggies, a scale with white powdery residue on it, and two spoons with white powdery residue placed in a backpack. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a Maryland identification card with no status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE 1ST OFFENSE; POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MISD | 16:00:00 | 260628002132 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of F Street NW turn left disobeying a "right turn only" sign at the intersection of North Capitol and F Streets NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. Upon approach, RO detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the driver's breath and observed glassy red eyes. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During a search of the vehicle, R/O located a large zip lock bag in the center console that contained green leafy material. A/O responded and processed the scene. |
