A WALES/NCIC inquiry of the vehicle tags returned not in file. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of H Street NE. R/O noticed the drivers eyes were red and glassy. A alcohol container was also observed on the passenger side floorboard. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 800 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL NO PERMIT | 8:27:00 | 260321000861 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling with heavy front-end damage and emitting an odor of marijuana from the driver's window in the intersection of South Capitol and M Streets SE. A traffic stop was subsequently conducted in the 1200 Block of South Capitol Street SW. During the course of the investigation, the Suspect admitted to recently smoking marijuana. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a District of Columbia ID and no valid status in Virginia or Maryland. SFST's and ARIDE tests were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During the search incident to arrest, A/O located a small bag of marijuana in the Suspect's pocket. Additionally, during an inventory search of the vehicle, A/O located a cup containing a liquid with an odor consistent of an alcoholic beverage in the driver's center console. | |

While speaking with the driver, R/O noticed their speech was slurred and smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from their breath. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed two misdemeanor bench warrants held by the Superior Court for the District of Columbia. Search incident to arrest revealed a latex glove containing a vial and cut straws with a white powdery substance in the Suspects pant pocket. CSS responded and processed the scene. The substance tested presumptive positive for PCP. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Washington Avenue and Second Street SW. During the course of the stop, R/O detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were subsequently conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. Upon conducting an inventory search of the vehicle, an open container of tequila was found on the rear floorboard. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed their District of Columbia operator's permit had been revoked and they had no permit status in Maryland or Virginia.
