R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. Upon approach, RO detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the driver's breath and observed glassy red eyes. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During a search of the vehicle, R/O located a large zip lock bag in the center console that contained green leafy material. A/O responded and processed the scene. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW. During the course of the investigation, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath and a moderate odor of marijuana emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A/O responded and processed two (2) open containers of alcohol and a sandwich bag containing two (2) ounces of marijuana. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle revealed an expired registration. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a revoked Virginia license and no driving status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During the course of the investigation, R/O observed an open bottle of alcohol on the passenger's side floorboard. | |

R/O located the vehicle in the 800 Block of South Capitol Street and conducted a traffic stop. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license in the District of Columbia and no status in Maryland or Virginia. R/O observed the VIN associated with the tag did not match the VIN displayed on the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check of the VIN revealed no current or previous registration of the vehicle. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted inside the Third St Tunnel. Upon approach of the vehicle, the Suspect's eyes were glassy and red. R/O could detect a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFST's were conducted and due to many signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of D Street NW. Upon approach of the vehicle, the Suspect's eyes were glassy and red. R/O could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFST's were conducted and due to many signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, several cups were found with a liquid consistent with wine. An open bottle of tequila was also observed in the trunk area. |
