| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE-1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL-VEHICLE | 1:28:00 | 251109003422 | R/O observed a vehicle fail to maintain its lane of travel multiple times in the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Constitution Avenue NW. While speaking with the Suspect, RO smelled odors consistent with marijuana and alcohol. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the Suspect's vehicle revealed an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage. | |
| LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PERSONAL INJURY | 23:25:00 | 251107003418 | R/O responded to the southbound lanes of Interstate 395 in the Third Street tunnel for the report of a crash with injuries. During the course of the investigation, R/O determined the Suspect's vehicle struck the Complainant's vehicle on the rear passenger side bumper before it fled the scene in an unknown direction. The Complainant was unable to identify the striking vehicle. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified for further investigation. | |

A canvass of the area revealed multiple stickers were affixed to street signs and utility poles along D Street, Second Street, Constitution Avenue, and First Street NE. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended license out of Maryland, and no driving status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O noticed a moderately strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from inside the vehicle. SFSTs were subsequently conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

WALES/NCIC checks revealed the registration belonged to another vehicle and the Suspect had an extraditable warrant out of Prince George's County, Maryland. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Constitution Avenue NW. Upon approaching the vehicle, R/O detected a strong odor of burnt cannabis emanating from inside the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended license in Maryland, and no driving status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. SFSTs were administered by R/O and A/O. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O advised the individual of the rules and regulations regarding their actions. The individual increased their volume and continued to disrupt the press conference. R/O gave warnings to cease and desist their disruptive behavior but the individual refused to comply. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a suspended New York license and no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
