R/O located the individual walking southbound on Interstate 395 and initiated a stop. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid license in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. Due to suspicion of impairment, SFSTs were administered and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 500 Block of C Street NE. During the course of the stop, R/O detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle and the driver's breath. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
