While speaking to the Suspect, R/O observed the Suspect was slow to respond and their eyes were glassy. SFST's were administered and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O discovered a duffel bag in the driver's side rear seat with what appeared to be a bb gun secured in a holster. CSS responded and processed the scene, where a second bb gun was discovered in the trunk of the vehicle. | |

The R/O conducted SFSTs, and after observing numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

While speaking with the driver, R/O detected the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle and observed the drivers eyes were glassy and red. R/O also observed an open bottle tequila laying on the passenger side floorboard. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
