CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 9:30:00 250904002860 R/O-1 and R/O-2 observed an individual stand up and shout during an ongoing committee hearing in a Senate Office Building. The Suspect was warned to cease and desist their demonstration activity, but they refused to comply. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS + TRAFFIC NO PERMIT 17:04:00 250904002870 R/O observed a vehicle displaying expired tags traveling in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended permit in the District of Columbia and no status in Maryland or Virginia. While speaking with the Suspect R/O noticed an odor consistent with Marijuana. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IN MOTOR VEHICLE 2:07:00 250904002858 R/O observed a vehicle driving erratically, to include abruptly changing lanes without the use of a turn signal in the 400 Block of H Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 600 Block of H Street NE. During the course of the stop, R/O detected an odor of marijuana, as well as an odor of an alcoholic beverage, emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were subsequently conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of an open bottle of liquid labeled as tequila in the rear passenger compartment.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 14:15:00 250903002854 R/O responded to a Senate Office Building for the report of an active demonstration. R/O observed multiple Suspects sitting on the floor and chanting. The Suspects were given a warning to cease and desist their demonstration, but failed to stop. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING + DISORDERLY CONDUCT DISRUPTING A PUBLIC BUILDING 10:00:00 250903002847 R/O observed four individuals begin to protest during a committee hearing in a Senate Office Building. The Suspects stood up and began shouting, disrupting the committee. Additionally, two Suspects threw small personal alarm devices on the floor emitting a loud shrill tone. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING PROPERTY DAMAGE 7:58:00 250903002852 R/O responded to the 100 Block of D Street NE for the report of a motor vehicle crash. R/O arrived to the location to find a single vehicle on scene. The Complainant stated they parked the vehicle in the block and when they came back to the vehicle, it had been damaged. A Witness stated a large truck collided with the vehicle and left the area. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
NO PERMIT 17:37:00 250902002841 R/O observed a vehicle proceed through a red traffic light traveling southbound in the 100 Block of Second Street SE . A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Second Street SE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the suspect had no valid driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DISORDERLY, DISRUPTING GATHERING OR CONGREGATION 14:44:00 250902002836 R/O-1 and R/O-2 observed two individuals yelling, at the U.S. Capitol Building, during an active press conference. R/O instructed the individuals to stop, but they refused to comply and continued yelling. Both suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DUI/ ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 2:46:00 250831002819 R/O observed a vehicle driving in the wrong lane of traffic in the 200 Block of Second Street SW. A traffic stop was conducted on the 695 eastbound on ramp. Upon approaching the vehicle, R/O detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage and a strong odor of marijuana emanating from within. R/O observed the Suspects eyes were bloodshot red and glassy. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PROPERTY DAMAGE 18:27:00 250831002821 R/O responded to the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SE in reference to a reported vehicle collision. Upon arrival, a witness advised that they observed a black SUV strike the passenger side window of the complainant's vehicle. The Suspect's vehicle then fled the scene. The Suspect's vehicle was last seen turning right onto the 200 Block of Second Street SE. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
