| STOLEN TAG | 10:54:00 | 260701002171 | R/O responded to the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building for the report of a stolen tag. The Complainant stated they parked their vehicle on June 18th at approximately 1000 hours and when they returned July 1st the front license plate had been removed. A canvas of the area was met with negative results. CID was notified and will continue to investigate. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - FIRST OFFENSE | 1:57:00 | 260701002166 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW drive through a solid red turn signal and made several other traffic violations. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of First Street NW. While speaking with the driver, R/O detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. The driver's had watery and glassy eyes and their speech was slurred. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Complainant stated a vehicle struck the passenger side of their vehicle causing damage and then fled the scene. A canvass for the vehicle and witnesses was met with negative results. A/O-1 and A/0-2 responded and processed the scene. | |

During the screening process, R/O observed what appeared to be a pipe on the x-ray monitor. An administrative search of the bag was conducted and revealed a fifteen-inch metal pipe. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

| DESTRUCTION OF FEDERAL PROPERTY | 7:23:00 | 2606290002139 | R/O observed a Suspect throwing an irrigation box cover. The Suspect stated he was diffusing bombs in the area to protect the city and provided multiple locations where he had removed other irrigation box covers. An AOC supervisor responded to inspect multiple irrigation boxes in the area and advised they were damaged as well. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O had a conversation with the driver of one vehicle and could smell a moderate odor consistent with an alcoholic beverage emitting from the driver's breath. SFSTs were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE; POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE; DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE; NO PERMIT | 0:34:00 | 260629002137 | R/O observed a vehicle roll through a solid red traffic signal at Columbus Circle and First Street NE and come to a stop in the middle of the intersection. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 300 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A NCIC/WALES check revealed the Suspect had no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. R/O observed that the Suspect was sweating profusely, slurring their speech, and also had bloodshot and glassy eyes. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O observed numerous clear baggies on the front passenger seat of the vehicle. CSS responded to test the substance, which tested positive for cocaine. A search of the vehicle's trunk revealed a 128 small baggies, a scale with white powdery residue on it, and two spoons with white powdery residue placed in a backpack. |
