R/O made contact with the Suspect who did not want to speak to the officer and walked away. R/O reviewed a BOLO from USCP Criminal Investigation Section (CIS) that revealed an active stay away order from all Capitol Grounds. A subject stop was conducted in the Unit Block of First Street NE. A witness stated the Suspect collided with a tree and a curb at that location. A canvass for the Suspect was met with negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene.
