R/O conducted admin search of the individual's bag and recovered a magazine containing 10 rounds of ammunition. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS responded and interviewed the Suspect. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

All Suspects were advised to desist demonstration activity, but refused to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE + NO PERMIT POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE LOANING REGISTRATION, MISUSE OF TEMPORARY TAGS | 19:05:00 | 250521001704 | A/O observed vehicle at Washington Ave and Independence Ave SW with no registration stickers displayed. A traffic stop was conducted at 300 Independence Avenue SW. A check of the vehicles vin number returned as salvaged with no registration status in VA. A check of the Suspect revealed no driving status in DC, MD, or VA. The Suspect displayed glassy and red eyes. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to HQ for processing. While conducting a vehicle inventory search, R/O discovered a plastic cup in the center console which smelled of an alcoholic beverage consistent with tequila. | |

Once on the scene, the Complainant stated an unknown vehicle struck their vehicle's passenger side causing minor damage and then fled the scene. A canvass for the vehicle and witnesses was negative. Upon arrival, R/O observed an individual yelling loudly, which caused a disruption within an ongoing committee hearing. The individual was given a warning to cease and desist their demonstration activity but refused to stop. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing | |
| CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT CRIME + FRAUD 2ND DEGREE $1000 OR MORE | 16:20:00 | 250520001676 | R/O responded to the Post Office in the Longworth House Office Building for a report of fraudulent activity. The Witness stated to the R/O two individuals attempted to fraudulently cash a check with false ID. Suspect 1, who was still inside of the Post Office, was immediately detained. While canvassing for Suspect 2, another Witness ID'ed Suspect 2 who was seated in a vehicle. Both Suspects arrested - processed at HQ. CIS notified. | |
| CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING + RESISTING ARREST | 10:49:00 | 250520001665 | R/Os observed three individuals shouting and yelling during a committee hearing in the Dirksen Senate Office Building. After several warnings, the individuals refused to stop their demonstration activity. While attempting to place the third Suspect under arrest, the Suspect became physically resistant by kicking their legs. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS + RESISTING ARREST | 21:16:00 | 250520001684 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the 600 Block of Third Street NE with no headlights illuminated. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of Second Street NE. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O noticed the Suspect's speech was delayed and appeared to be in a daze. SFSTs were administered. Due to numerous signs of impairment, R/O attempted to place the Suspect under arrest who resisted by pulling their arms away while being handcuffed. The Suspect was subsequently apprehended. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and related paraphernalia. Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. |
