The Suspect proceeded to move the Members Only stanchion despite being instructed by R/O not to go up the steps. The Suspect was placed under arrest for entering a restricted area and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| TRAFFIC - DUI (ALCOHOL OR DRUGS) + TRAFFIC - MISUSE OF TAGS | 19:41:00 | 251205003663 | R/O, while on routine patrol, observed a vehicle in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW that failed to signal into the intersection of Louisiana Avenue and D Street NW. A WALES/ NCIC check of the vehicle revealed expired tags and a registration that was different from the observed vehicle. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of D Street NW. R/O observed the drivers eyes were glazed over and blood shot. R/O noticed a strong odor from inside the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| TRAFFIC ACCIDENT - HIT & RUN | 16:46:00 | 251205003662 | R/O responded to the 100 Block of Second Street NE for a report of a traffic accident. The Complainant on scene stated they tried to switch lanes in the 100 Block of Constitution Avenue NE and a second vehicle drove aggressively behind them and then yelled at them. The Complainant stated that the Suspects vehicle then intentionally struck them on the rear driver side and was last seen traveling westbound in the Unit Block of Constitution Avenue NE. CSS responded to process the scene. | |
| UCSA-POSS MARIJUANA-MISD | 8:22:00 | 251205003655 | R/O observed an individual smoking a substance on the Capitol West Front Plaza. R/O could visually see a green leafy substance and smell an odor of marijuana in the air. R/O made contact with the Suspect who admitted to being in possession of marijuana. CIS was notified and tested the leafy substance which tested positive for Marijuana. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the Suspect had an active extraditable warrant held by the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC of the driver revealed a suspended Maryland operators permit and no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. A WALES/NCIC inquiry confirmed the registration was expired and suspended due to an emissions violation. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Independence Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC of the driver revealed no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect placed under arrest and transported to USCP Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - SECOND OFFENSE + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE | 19:26:00 | 251203003639 | R/O observed a vehicle, in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE, pass through multiple red stop lights. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Independence Avenue SE. While speaking the Suspect, RO detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O discovered a white water bottle with a liquid that smelled consistent an alcoholic beverage, one 750ml bottle of Vodka half full and one 375ml of Gin quarter full, in a backpack, on the back passenger seat. | |
| POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED AMMUNITION | 11:54:00 | 251203003634 | R/O responded to offsite screening for a report of a firearm magazine. An administrative search revealed a magazine containing nine rounds of ammunition. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |
| SIMPLE ASSAULT | 14:00:00 | 251203003637 | R/O responded to a door of a Senate Office Building for a report of an assault. R/O made contact with the Complainant who stated they were struck by the Suspect in the back with a closed fist. When confronting the Suspect, the Complainant stated the suspect struck him again. R/O spoke with two Witnesses who confirmed the assault. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. |
