The vehicle sped away in a reckless manner and struck another vehicle at the intersection of Second Street and Massachusetts Avenue NE. Despite the collision, the vehicle continued to flee eastbound through the 200 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. CSS responded to process the accident scene. CIS was advised of the offense and will continue to investigate. | |

A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tag belonged to another vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Constitution Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search, of the vehicle two opened bottles of alcohol were found. | |
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE | 20:55:00 | 250314000737 | R/O observed a vehicle fail to stop for a pedestrian crossing the street within a marked crosswalk while traveling through the Unit Block of I Street SE. R/O subsequently conducted a traffic stop in the 100 Block of H Street SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they were subject to an active warrant issued out of Prince George's County, Maryland. Once USCP Communications confirmed the warrant, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF + POSS W/I TO DIST A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF LIQUID PCP POSS OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - MISD THREATS TO DO BODILY HARM | 0:25:00 | 250314000728 | R/O observed a vehicle wait through multiple green traffic lights while idling at the intersection of Fifth and H Streets NE. RO initiated a welfare check and discovered an unconscious person behind the wheel of the vehicle. R/O woke the individual and detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating the person's breath while interacting with them. SFSTS were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest. During an inventory search of the vehicle, a sandwich bag containing white colored rocks and a vial containing an amber liquid were discovered in the glove box. CSS and responded to the scene and field tested both substances, which were positive for Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA) and Phencyclidine (PCP) respectively. The Suspect was transported to the hospital after suffering a medical emergency. While at the hospital, the Suspect threatened to seriously injure one of the officers who accompanied them. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing upon being released by hospital staff. | |

Upon arrival, R/O observed multiple people chanting loudly, carrying signs, and blocking access to a room. The individuals were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

Upon arriving on scene, R/O spoke with a Witness who observed an unknown person taping signs to multiple light poles in that area. Immediate attempts to locate the Suspect met with negative results. CSS responded to process the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |
UNAUTHORIZED ENTRY INTO A MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE FIRST DEGREE + UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A VEHICLE | 7:19:00 | 250313000716 | R/O responded to a report of an individual who gained unauthorized access to a vehicle parked in the 200 Block of Delaware Avenue NE. Per the Complainant, they returned to their vehicle and found the person, who was completely unknown to them, asleep in the driver's seat without permission. The Suspect was removed from the vehicle, placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene, and CIS was advised of the offense. | |

The Suspects were given three warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to 67 K Street for processing. | |
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE- 1ST OFFENSE + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE | 3:10:00 | 250312000701 | R/O observed a vehicle with no running lights traveling northbound in the 300 Block of Second Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle revealed the vehicles registration to be expired of March 2024. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of Second Street NE. Upon approach, R/O was immediately met with a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, two open half-empty bottles of wine were located. |
