Upon approach, R/O located the driver asleep at at the wheel. A traffic stop was initiated at the same location. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected a faint odor of alcohol emanating from the Suspect's breath. Additionally, the Suspect exhibited slurred speech and responded slowly to questions. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's permit was revoked in DC, MD, and VA. SFSTs conducted - due to numerous signs of impairment, Suspect arrested - processed at HQ. Open container of alcoholic beverage found under the passenger seat. | |
