A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an active extraditable warrant out of Kentucky. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE | 11:52:00 | 260310000699 | R/O observed a vehicle with an expired registration in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of E Street NW. Upon approach, R/O observed multiple open containers of what appeared to be alcoholic beverages in the front and rear of the vehicle. Additionally, R/O noticed an odor consistent with marijuana and alcoholic beverages emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search, R/O discovered multiple open cans containing liquid with an odor consistent with an alcoholic beverage. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

The individual matched the description of a previous lookout for a person wanted on a misdemeanor bench warrant. A WALES/NCIC check revealed two confirmed warrants out of DC Superior Court. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During a search incident to arrest, narcotics were found on the Suspect's person. Crime Scene Search was notified and responded to process the scene. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 700 Block of North Capitol Street NE. R/O could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect. SFST's were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of E Street NW. While speaking with the driver, R/O could detect an odor consistent with cannabis emitting from inside the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a District of Columbia identification card only, and no driving status in Maryland or Virginia. During a vehicle inventory search, A/O located an open bottle of an alcoholic beverage labeled tequila under the driver's seat. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 900 Block of South Capitol Street SE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed dealer tags that were not registered to the vehicle. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license in Maryland and no return in the District of Columbia or Virginia. R/O detected the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters. An inventory search of the Suspect's vehicle revealed an open container of alcohol. | |

A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended Florida driver's license and no valid driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O noticed the odor alcohol emanating from the vehicle as well as the breath of the Suspect. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia and a confirmed bench warrant out of the District of Columbia. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor consistent with burnt marijuana. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect had multiple extraditable warrants out of the District of Columbia and Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
