Upon arrival, R/O observed an individual matching the description of the Suspect lookout and initiated a stop near North Barricade. During the course of R/O's investigation, the Suspect stated they had a knife on them. A/Os performed a consented search of the Suspect's bag, which yielded negative results for a weapon. A/O conducted a frisk of the Suspect and located a foldable knife in their front pocket. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |
NO PERMIT - 2ND OFFENSE | 21:06:00 | 2.504E+11 | R/O observed a vehicle stopped at the red light at the intersection of Constitution Avenue and Second Street NE without the headlights illuminated. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not have a valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Washington Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the tag on the moped returned to a different vehicle. Additionally, a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O located the individual walking southbound on Interstate 395 and initiated a stop. Due to suspicion of impairment, SFSTs were administered and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
