The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During the inventory search of the vehicle, an opened bottle of alcohol was found in the passenger seat. | |

The Suspect was stopped and ordered to leave but failed to comply and proceeded to yell and disrupt the press conference. While being placed under arrest, the Suspect actively resisted by pulling his arms away. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the vehicle revealed no registration on file through Virginia. A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Columbus Circle and Delaware Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect, revealed a suspended permit status though Maryland. When speaking to the Suspect, R/O smelled a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check was ran on the vehicle's temporary tag which returned as expired. A traffic stop was conducted in the 500 Block of H Street NE. The R/O asked the Suspect for their license, but they could not provide one. A WALES/NCIC check of the name given by the Suspect returned a suspended license in Maryland and no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O advised the Suspect their vehicle will be towed and to step out of the vehicle. The Suspect placed the vehicle in drive and proceeded eastbound on Massachusetts Avenue NE. The Suspect passed through a red signal and made several illegal maneuvers while fleeing. The Suspect was last seen entering the Third Street tunnel. A canvassed of the area was met with negative results. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |
