| CARRYING A PISTOL WITHOUT A LICENSE + UNLAWFUL ACTIVITES, POSS OF UNREG FIREARM, POSS OF UNREG AMMUNITION | 18:21:00 | 250331000970 | R/Os were approached by an individual at the screening site prior to the Senate Chamber of the U.S. Capitol Building who stated that they were armed and did not want to proceed through screening. Upon further investigation, it was found that the Suspect did not possess a license to carry a pistol in the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded to process the scene. A .40 caliber handgun loaded with a 7-round magazine and 1 round in the chamber and a second magazine loaded with 7-rounds were recovered from the Suspect. CIS responded to HQ and conducted an interview of the Suspect. |
