DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS + NO PERMIT POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE -MISD 6:35:26 260307000670 R/O observed a vehicle at the intersection of M Street and 7th Street SE with no headlights running. A traffic stop was conducted in the 1100 Block of Second Place SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected the odor of burnt marijuana. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairments, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed a pill bottle without a label containing pills identified as controlled substances.
NO PERMIT + DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF FAILURE TO APPEAR 2:08:00 260307000669 R/O responded to the 400 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE to assist with a traffic stop. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia and a confirmed bench warrant out of the District of Columbia. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor consistent with burnt marijuana. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 7:44:00 260306000657 R/O observed a vehicle traveling Westbound in the Unit block of M Street SE without a front license plate. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an expired license out of the District of Columbia, and no valid driving status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 21:15:00 260306000666 R/O observed a vehicle in the Unit Block of Canal Street SW with no running headlights or taillights. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of Washington Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - 1ST OFFENSE 1:13:00 260306000653 R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the 300 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE failing to maintain one lane . A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit 300 Block of Fourth Street NE. R/O noticed while conversing with the Suspect, the Suspect's slow response to questions and detected a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect. SFSTs were conducted and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTION, INCOMMODING 12:05:00 260305000647 R/O responded to a House Office Building for the report of an active protest. Upon arrival, R/O observed multiple Suspects chanting, holding signs and pacing in a circle. The Suspects were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activities but failed to do so. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
ASSAULT ON A FEDERAL POLICE OFFICER X3, RESISTING ARREST X3, CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 15:40:00 260304000635 R/O responded to a call where an individual was actively demonstrating in a committee hearing in a Senate Office Building.The individual stood up and continued shouting during the Senate Committee. The individual was warned to cease and desist demonstration activities but failed to do so. The Suspect was detained and continued to pull away and resist as the officers attempted to escort him out of the room. The Suspect lunged, broke away and landed on top of the officers, knocking them to the floor. The Suspect sustained an injury during the altercation. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Hospital.
UNLAWFUL CONDUCT 9:28:00 260303000615 R/O & A/O responded to a Senate Office Building for two Suspects disrupting a committee. The Suspects were yelling and holding signs while the committee was in session. The Suspects were given a warning to cease and failed to comply. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRVING UNDER INFLUENCE - FIRST OFFENSE + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE 21:25:00 260302000628 R/O observed a vehicle travelling northbound in the 400 Block of South Capitol Street SW pass through a solid red traffic arrow at the intersection of South Capitol Street and Washington Avenue SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of New Jersey Avenue SE. While speaking with the driver, R/O observed the driver's eyes to be watery and bloodshot and could detect a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. The Suspect refused SFSTs and was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. Upon a vehicle inventory search, R/O located an empty bottle of alcohol on the passenger side floorboard.
NO PERMIT 3:05:00 260301000603 R/O observed a vehicle in the 900 block of South Capitol Street SW with heavy tint and suspended registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
