A/O stopped a vehicle matching the lookout involved in the 500 Block of New Jersey Avenue SE. R/O approached the passenger side of the vehicle and observed the victim sitting in the passenger seat. A/O observed blood on the Suspects shirt and removed them from the vehicle. The victim stated a verbal and physical altercation occurred in the vehicle. R/O observed multiple scratches on the left side of the victim's neck and a cut on the inside of the lip. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 Block of Third Street SW. A WALES/NCIC inquiry of the driver revealed no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters. | |

The vehicle stopped at a red light at the intersection of New Jersey Avenue and D Street SE, at which time R/O observed that the vehicles brake light was also out. As R/O followed the vehicle in the 100 block of D Street SE, the vehicle failed to maintain its lane. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of D Street SE. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O detected a strong odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. SFSTs were administered, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC inquiry of the driver revealed a suspended Maryland permit with no valid permit status in the District of Columbia or Virginia.
