The Howard C. Liebengood Center for Wellness is named after Officer Howard C. Liebengood who died by suicide in 2021. Officer Liebengood served as a Capitol Police officer for 15 years. The Center was established in his honor to ensure every officer has the support and resources that they need – no matter what challenges they face. |
