2013 Boston Marathon Incident

The USCP is monitoring the situation in Boston and is in constant contact with our local and national law enforcement partners as it pertains to the events.

At this juncture, we have no information linking the events to the Capitol Hill community. While there is no known connection to the Capitol Hill Complex, the USCP is being diligent in response to the events in Boston and taking additional practiced steps.

The Department asks the Congressional community and residents of Capitol Hill to continue to be vigilant and communicate any concerns or suspicious activity to the USCP at 202-224-5151 or 202-225-5151.
