On Wednesday, December 14, 2005 at approximately 11:35 a.m., members of the Sojourners, a faith-based advocacy group assembled at the rotunda door of the Cannon House Office Building. After several verbal warnings went unanswered, the United States Capitol Police began placing those individuals under arrest. A total of 115 people were arrested and charged with incommoding under D.C. code. The individuals arrested are very cooperative and are still being processed at this time.
