Chief Terrance W. Gainer would like to introduce our new Chief Administrative Officer, Mr. Anthony Stamilio. Mr. Stamilio was selected for this important position as a result of an extensive selection process. Through his prior military and law enforcement experience, Mr. Stamilio proved he will be yet another great addition to our department.

Prior to his employment with the U.S. Capitol Police, Mr. Stamilio served as the Executive Officer to the Assistant Secretary for the United States Army. He has personally coordinated and led numerous military police operations both domestically and over-seas. He earned his Bachelor of Science from West Point and his MBA at the University of New Hampshire.

We are confident that under his leadership we will continue to make great strides to the Department's administrative functions. He will oversee the Office of Human Resources, Office of Financial Management, Office of Information Systems, Office of Logistics, and Training Services Bureau.
