The Suspect placed the car into drive and drove-off before R/O had issued the ticket. The vehicle was last seen traveling north on South Capitol Street approaching the on-ramp for I-395. S/A was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

The Complainant declined to pursue recovery of the device and indicated its contents would be remotely wiped. The case is considered closed and no further investigative action will be taken. | |
