The Complainant's reported that while attempting to separate the Suspect and an unknown female they were pushed and spit upon. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of New Jersey Avenue, NW. Upon approach, R/O observed the Suspect's speech and movements were extremely slow. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a disqualified Commercial Driver's License in the District of Columbia with no status in Maryland or Virginia. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest. During the search incident to arrest, R/O discovered a switchblade in the Suspect's left pocket. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |
