Upon arrival, the Suspect was being detained by a USCP Officer. When the Suspect was interviewed, he admitted to fraudulently obtaining a large sum of U.S. currency from the Complainant's bank account numerous times using a fraudulent identification card with the Complainant's personal identifiable information. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS | 04:45:00 | 220621000854 | R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the westbound lane of the unit block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the unit block of Columbus Circle, NE. Upon approach R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
UNLAWFUL ENTRY - MISD | 20:26:00 | 22016000836 | R/O responded to the sixth floor of the Longworth House Office Building for the report of a group of individuals making loud noises inside the building. Upon approach, R/O observed unescorted and non-credentialed Suspects in the hallway. During the investigation, R/O learned the Suspects had been escorted out of the Cannon House Office Building earlier in the day, and told they could not return to any buildings unless escorted by Congressional staff. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

After a medical evaluation, R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check on the Suspect, which revealed a Bench Warrant for "Failure to Appear" out of the District of Columbia. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the unit block of Massachusetts Avenue, NW. The Suspect did not have a physical driver's permit to produce to R/O at the time of the stop. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's license was expired through the District of Columbia, with no status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

SFTSs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop at South Capitol and E Streets, SW. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFTSs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest. Search incident to arrest revealed a small bag containing a powdered substance, which later tested positive for Oxycodone. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. |
