TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 02:09:00 230429000919 R/O observed a vehicle with expired tags commit multiple traffic violations from South Capitol Street to I Street SE. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of I Street SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a suspended Maryland driver's license and no valid status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT -OPERATING AFTER REVOCATION 15:36:00 230429000923 R/O observed a vehicle with an expired registration traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a revoked permit in the District of Columbia, with no status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 00:08:00 230429000918 R/O observed a vehicle committing multiple traffic violations while traveling southbound in the 500 Block of First Street NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of D Street NW. While R/O was talking to the Suspect, they admitted to having two drinks. SFST's were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THEFT II 19:00:00 230430000926 S/A was informed of the theft of the Complainant's personal cell phone, which contained private contact information. The device was taken from 1500 South Capitol Street SE by an unknown Suspect using unknown means and subsequently tracked to an address in Prince George's County, Maryland. The Complainant declined to pursue recovery of the device and indicated its contents would be remotely wiped. The case is considered closed and no further investigative action will be taken.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - ALTERED TAGS TRAFFIC - MISUSE OF TAGS. 11:01:00 230429000920 R/O observed a vehicle displaying a temporary tag that appeared to be altered in the area of North Capitol Street and Massachusetts Avenue NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the tags belonged to a different vehicle. Additionally, the Suspect held no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 01:45:00 230428000907 R/O observed a vehicle matching the description of a lookout in the 700 Block of H Street NE. R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check on the vehicle tag revealing it was one and the same. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. Upon approach, a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect, revealed he had an outstanding felony warrant out of Jacksonville, Florida. USCP Communications confirmed the warrant and the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 14:21:00 230427000901 R/O observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the Unit Block of Independence Avenue SE with dark tint on all windows including the windshield. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Independence Avenue SW. R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealing he had no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DISRUPT CONGRESS - DC CODE 10-503.16(b)(4) 12:45:00 230427000896 R/O observed the Suspect stand up and yell, in the Senate Chamber of the U.S. Capitol Building, during a vote. The Suspect was advised to stop yelling but she refused to do so. The Suspect was escorted out of the chamber, placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID. ADDITONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - MISUSE OF TAGS. 15:32:00 230427000904 R/O observed a vehicle in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW with no front tag displayed. A traffic stop was conducted in the 800 Block of Second Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the tags belonged to another vehicle and the Suspect had no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FEDERAL DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY | USC 18USC1361 08:35:00 230426000883 R/O responded to the United States Botanic Garden for a destruction of property report. Upon arrival, R/O found two uprooted plants that were left on scene. A/O responded to process the scene. S/A was notified and will continue to investigate.
