MISD WARRANT 12:40:00 221015001589 R/O observed a vehicle displaying expired tags parked in the unit block of First Street, NW. The Suspect returned to the vehicle, and a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an active warrant in the District of Columbia, which was confirmed by USCP Communications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 19:47:00 221015001593 R/O observed a vehicle with a flat tire traveling slowly in the unit block of D Street, SW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the unit block of D Street, SE. Upon approach, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 04:25:00 221009001551 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PROPERTY DAMAGE R/O responded to the unit block of D Street, NW, for a report of a single car crash with no occupants or driver in the vehicle. Upon arrival, R/O observed a vehicle on the sidewalk with disabling front end damage. R/O canvassed the area and located the Suspect in the 300 block of New Jersey Avenue, NW. After speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage on their breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING DC CODE 22-1307 14:58:00 221008001549 R/O responded to the intersection of Third Street and Maryland Avenue, SW, for the report of multiple individuals blocking the roadway. The Suspect was warned to cease blocking the roadway and move to the sidewalk, but he refused to do so. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 07:54:00 221007001544 R/O was flagged down by the Complainant who stated that the Suspect was screaming racial obscenities at him at the North Barricade of the U.S. Capitol Building. Upon contact with the Suspect, R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check, which revealed two outstanding bench warrants out of the District of Columbia. USCP Communications confirmed the bench warrants. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 01:27:00 221007001543 R/O observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the 300 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. Upon approach, R/O detected an odor of Marijuana emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING DC CODE 22-1307 11:10:00 221006001539 R/O observed multiple Suspects chanting, standing in the roadway, and blocking the flow of traffic in the 100 block of Constitution Avenue, NE. The Suspects were warned to cease and desist with their unlawful activities, but they failed to stop. Thirteen Suspects were placed under arrest and processed on the scene.
BENCH WARRANT-MISDEMEANOR 14:05:00 221006001541 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: MISUSE OF TAGS; RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY R/O was alerted to a stolen vehicle by an LPR alarm in the area of Third Street and Independence Avenue, SW. R/O observed a vehicle matching the description traveling eastbound in the unit block of Independence Avenue, SE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 400 block of Independence Avenue, SE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the vehicle's registration had been reported stolen, and the displayed tags belonged to a different vehicle. The check also revealed the Suspect had an active bench warrant out of the District of Columbia. USCP Communications confirmed the warrant. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 01:06:00 221004001529 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC - PERMIT-FAIL TO EXHIBIT; TRAFFIC - MISUSE OF TAGS R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the 200 block of C Street, NE, which is a designated one-way westbound street. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of C Street, NE. The Suspect did not have a driver's license in his possession. A WALES/NCIC check by word of mouth of the Suspect's name and date of birth revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia, and the displayed tag did not match the vehicle. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 01:49:00 221002001522 R/O observed a vehicle make a left turn through a solid red light at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and First Street, NE. A traffic stop was conducted at Columbus Circle, NE. Upon approach, R/O detected an odor of Marijuana coming from the vehicle, and an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
