| DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF + NO PERMIT | 1:30:00 | 240523001299 | R/O observed a vehicle that displayed an expired registration sticker and travelled in the 100 Block of Second Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended Virginia permit, and no valid permit status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. During the course of the stop, R/O noticed the Suspect's eyes were watery and glassy. A/O subsequently responded, and conducted SFSTs which revealed multiple signs of impairment. The Suspect was arrested, transported to Headquarters, and processed. | |
| CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING | 14:47:00 | 240522001294 | Officers Eaton (FRU-2) and Oestreicher (FRU-3) observed the Suspects who chanted, held up signs and sat down in the area of the Maryland Avenue walkway. The Suspects were given three warnings to cease and desist the demonstration activity, but refused to do so. The Suspects were arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing.(ea) | |

| ASSAULT ON A FEDERAL POLICE OFFICER | 15:41:00 | 240522001295 | DISORDERLY CONDUCT Officer Adjei (HD-3) was assigned to a committee hearing in a House Office Building and observed the Suspect stand up and start shouting while the committee was in session. The Suspect approached the Committee and struck a member of the protection detail. The Chairman of the committee advised the officers to remove the Suspect. The Suspect was arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing. S/A O'Neill was notified and will continue to investigate. (ea/ms) | |

R/O advised the Suspects that the area was a restricted, non-demonstration zone. The Suspects were given multiple warnings to cease their demonstration activity but failed to do so. | THREATS TO DO BODILY HARM - MISD | 15:07:00 | 240521001282 | Officer Pelta (SOD-3) responded to the 200 block of Massachusetts Avenue NE for a report of two individuals making threatening statements. Upon R/O's arrival, the Complainant stated the Suspects threatened to inflict grievous bodily injury and attempted to force open a locked door in order to reach the Complainant. A lookout was subsequently broadcasted over the USCP radio. The Suspects were then located in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. Special Agent Larity (CIS) responded to the scene in order to investigate further. Once the Complainant verified the Suspects were the individuals who made the threatening statements, they were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. (bd/dw) | |

The Suspects were given multiple warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activity but failed to do so. As the Suspects were placed under arrest, they actively resisted the officers' efforts to restrain and escort them. | SIMPLE ASSAULT | 16:30:00 | 240521001286 | Officers Carcamo (SD-3) and Marucci (SD-2) were posted at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, located at 110 Irving Street NW, as part of a hospital detail monitoring a Suspect who was in USCP custody as an arrestee due to previous criminal activity. During that assignment, Officer Marcucci witnessed the Suspect grab a nurse by their uniform and pull them onto a hospital bed. The Suspect was subsequently charged with the additional crime.
