A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of E Street, NW. During the stop, the operator of the vehicle was unable to provide R/O with a physical driver's license. A WALES/NCIC check of the operator revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of H Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the vehicle was stolen. A WALES inquiry of the Suspects revealed one Suspect had an extraditable warrant out of Fairfax, Virginia. The Suspects were placed under arrest. Search incident to arrest, revealed another Suspect was found in possession of a large quantity of a rock like substance which was field tested positive for cocaine by A/O. The Suspects were transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

Upon arrival, R/O met with the Complainant who stated video surveillance showed an unknown Suspect throw a bottle at an entrance door of the building causing significant damage. The video also showed the Suspect enter a vehicle and flee the scene. A search of the area was met with negative results. A/O-1, A/O-2, and A/O-3 responded and processed the scene. S/A responded to the scene and will continue to investigate. | |

While on scene, R/O observed the vehicle unoccupied at that location. R/O observed the vehicle's ignition switch had been removed and the steering column was damaged. R/O notified the Complainant of the vehicle's current location and condition. The Complainant confirmed the vehicle had been stolen from 2600 Block of Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE. A/O-1 and A/O-2 responded and processed the scene. S/A was notified and will continue to investigate. | |

The Suspect climbed the Mountain and Cloud Statue and refused to come down. While on the statue the Suspect hung two banners utilizing metal clips causing damage to the statue. Once the Suspect came down from the statue, they were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A/O responded and processed the scene. |
