DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS | DCC 50DC2206.11 02:14:00 2.31204E+11 R/O observed a vehicle, with the driver slumped over behind the wheel and the engine running, in the 500 Block of New Jersey Avenue NW. Upon approach, R/O observed the Suspect had watery, glassy eyes, and detected a faint odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. SFST's were conducted; due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT DCC50DC1401.01(D) 13:03:00 2.31203E+11 R/O observed a vehicle that displayed an expired rear tag in the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. A traffic stop was conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THEFT FIRST DEGREE (STOLEN AUTO). ADDITIONAL CHARGES: SPEEDING AND RECKLESS DRIVING LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PROPERTY DAMAGE 07:46:00 2.31202E+11 R/O observed a vehicle at the intersection of Second and K Streets SE flee at a high rate of speed when the owner of the vehicle banged on the driver's side window, and yelled for the occupant to return his vehicle back to him. R/O pursued the vehicle through several intersections as the vehicle disregarded stop signs and traffic signals. The Suspect crashed the vehicle into another in the 600 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. The Suspect, and a passenger, fled on foot. R/O pursued, though lost sight of Suspects. A/O responded to the scene and took photographs. S/A was notified.
NO PERMIT DCC50DC1401.01(D) 21:20:00 2.31203E+11 R/O observed a vehicle pass through a solid red signal at the intersection of South Capitol Street and Washington Avenue SW. R/O conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of First Street and Washington Avenue SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT- NO VALID | DCC 50DC1401.01 (D) 20:41:00 2.31202E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with an expired registration traveling westbound in the Unit Block of D Street SE. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 400 Block of New Jersey Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FLEEING A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER; RECKLESS DRIVING | USC 50DUSC02201.04b 02:41:00 2.31202E+11 R/O observed a vehicle matching a lookout for a stolen vehicle in the area of South Capitol and I Streets SE. R/O attempted a traffic stop at the intersection of South Capitol Street and Potomac Avenue SE. The vehicle fled northbound on South Capitol Street at a high rate of speed.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT- LEAVING SCENE - PERSONAL INJURY. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: TRAFFIC ACCIDENT- LEAVING SCENE - PROPERTY DAMAGE RECKLESS DRIVING - MISD RESISTING ARREST TRAFFIC ACCIDENT- WITH INJURIES 07:46:00 2.3113E+11 R/O observed a vehicle that travelled at a high rate of speed, headed eastbound in the Unit Block of D Street SW, made a left turn, and crashed into the fixed barricade located at South Capitol Street. While being placed into handcuffs, the Suspect contorted their body, tensed their arms, and placed their hands beneath their body. On-scene investigation revealed the Suspect had struck several vehicles on the on ramp of D Street and Washington Avenue SW before reaching South Capitol Street. A/O-1 conducted SFSTs, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A/O-2 responded, and processed the scene.
NO PERMIT | DCC 50DC1401.01 | DCC 50DC1401.01(D) 13:47:00 2.31128E+11 R/O observed a vehicle with an expired registration tag traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of H Street NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the Unit Block of H Street NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed a suspended driver's license out of Maryland, with no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT IN PUBLIC BLDGS OR GRNDS/DESTRUCTION TO US PROPERTY (DISORDERLY CONDUCT) | USC 22DUSC0311 17:32:00 2.31128E+11 R/O witnessed several individuals on the West Front of the U.S. Capitol Building actively demonstrating by chanting, holding up signs, and displaying a flag, which disrupted the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 00:57:00 2.31128E+11 R/O observed a vehicle having difficulty maintaining the lane, traveling eastbound in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. While conversing with the Suspect, R/O noticed that the Suspect's speech was slurred and a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emanated from their person. SFST's were conducted, and due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
