While attempting to effect the arrest, the Suspect fled the scene on foot. The Suspect was apprehended in the 400 block of Ridge Road, NW. R/O-2 discovered a white, powder substance during a search of the Suspect, which tested positive for Cocaine. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. |
