FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 15:51:00 211229001922 R/O observed the Suspect, sitting on a wall in the unit block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE, putting a substance into rolling paper. Upon approach, R/O observed what appeared to be a green, leafy substance in the rolling paper. A stop and WALES/NCIC check were conducted, and an active extraditable warrant was confirmed by USCP Communications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 02:29:00 211228001917 R/O observed a vehicle with a broken taillight traveling eastbound in the unit block of Columbus Circle, NE. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the vehicle's tags had been surrendered, and the Suspect's license had been suspended in the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 00:26:00 211226001913 R/O observed a vehicle operating without its headlights on and making lane changes without the proper use of turn signals in the 600 block of North Capitol Street, NE. R/O initiated a traffic stop in the unit block of Columbus Circle, NE. R/O approached the driver and detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect's vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
MISD WARRANT 05:18:00 211225001908 R/O observed a subject climbing on the Peace Circle Monument in the 100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. R/O instructed the Suspect to come down, and he complied. A WALES/NCIC check revealed an active misdemeanor warrant held by D.C. Superior Court. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to USCP Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 18:47:00 211224001907 R/O observed a vehicle driving at a high rate of speed failing to maintain a lane of travel within Garfield Circle, SW. A traffic stop was initiated in the unit block of Constitution Avenue, NW. While talking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of marijuana and observed the Suspect had bloodshot eyes with slurred speech. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
