TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 09:47:00 220601000751 R/O observed a vehicle with a brake light out traveling southbound in the 100 block of Third Street, SW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Third Street, SW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no permit status in the District of Columbia or Virginia, and a suspended status in Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 20:52:00 220531000750 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: MISUSE OF TAGS R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound on Columbus Circle, NE, displaying expired tags. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the expired tags belonged to a different vehicle, and the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 07:24:00 220530000740 ADDITION CHARGE: POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE R/O observed that the Suspect was unconscious in the driver's seat of his vehicle at the intersection of Fourth and C Streets, NE. After waking the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest. A search incident to arrest revealed an open bottle of alcohol behind the driver's seat. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 05:06:00 220530000738 R/O observed the Suspect parking his vehicle in the 100 block of Independence Avenue, SE, then exit the vehicle. R/O initiated a contact in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect's California identification card was conducted, and revealed the Suspect had no driving status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 23:52:00 2205290734 R/O observed a vehicle traveling southbound in the northbound lane of the unit block of Third Street, NW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the unit block of Third Street, SW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect's license was suspended through the State of New York, with no status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing.
UUV - FELONY 10:15:00 220527000726 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: PERMIT - NO VALID; FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE R/O observed a vehicle matching the description of a stolen vehicle from an LPR hit stopped at the intersection of Second Street and Independence Avenue, SE. R/O conducted a rolling tag check confirming that the vehicle was stolen. The Suspect parked and exited the vehicle in the 600 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, and was taken into custody by R/O. A WALES/NCIC check revealed that the Suspect did not have a valid license in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia, and was subject to an active extraditable warrant issued by the U.S. Marshals Service. The warrant was confirmed by USCP Communications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
SIMPLE ASSAULT DC CODE 22-404 15:38:00 220526000722 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: VIOLATION - TPO; TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID R/O responded to the intersection of Third and D Streets, NE, for the report of a traffic accident, and an assault in progress. Upon arrival, R/O observed the Complainant lying face down on the ground and bleeding from the head and mouth. During the initial investigation, the Complainant stated they had been assaulted by the Suspect while in the vehicle driven by the Suspect, who remained on scene and was positively identified by the Complainant. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not possess a valid driver's permit in the District of Columbia, and was in violation of a Protection Order issued by the District of Columbia's Superior Court. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - PERMIT-NO VALID 12:44:00 220525000716 R/O observed a vehicle pass through the intersection of Second Street and Independence Avenue, SE, and park in a no parking zone located in the 200 block of Independence Avenue, SE. A stop was conducted at the same location. R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check on the Suspect, identified by word of mouth, which revealed the Suspect did not have a valid driver's permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
OAS\OAR - MISD DC 50-1401.01 10:18:00 220525000713 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: MISUSE OF TAGS R/O observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, displaying an expired tag. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the expired tags belonged to another vehicle, and the Suspect's license was suspended through the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.

A rolling tag check via USCP Communications confirmed the tags were expired. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 block of Fifth Street, NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect did not possess a valid driver's permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
