A/O was first on the scene, and relayed to R/O that the Suspect was stumbling and had slurred their words. While conversing with the Suspect, A/O noticed the Suspect's eyes were watery and glassy, and detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from the Suspect. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O observed the Suspect to be extremely intoxicated. The Suspect was unable to stand, walk, or sit up in a stable or sober manner. R/O observed numerous empty beer cans on the passenger floor board of the vehicle. SFSTs were not able to be conducted. However, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

While speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Suspect stated that he was being followed and asked the R/O for a ride home. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an extraditable warrant out of Arlington, Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During a search, a loaded firearm was discovered in the Suspect's possession. Further examination revealed that the serial number on the firearm had been obscured. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

A traffic stop was conducted at 50 Columbus Circle, NE. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the registration was expired and belonged to another vehicle. The check also confirmed the Suspect's District of Columbia permit had been revoked. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O made contact with the driver, and during the investigation was advised that there were weapons inside the vehicle. A search of the vehicle resulted in multiple guns and rounds of ammunition being discovered. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed that the Suspect's license was revoked in the District of Columbia with no status in Maryland or Virginia. A traffic stop was conducted at the southbound entrance to Interstate 395 via the Third Street Tunnel. Upon approach, R/O detected an odor of alcohol emitting from the Suspect's breath and person. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an extraditable warrant out of Houston, Texas. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. An inventory search of the vehicle revealed an open container of alcohol. |
