CDW - BLADED WEAPON 15:44:00 221017001603 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: PPW-B - MISD R/O observed an individual sitting and holding a knife exceeding three inches in length in the 200 block of Second Street, SW. R/O conducted a stop, placed the Suspect under arrest, and transported him to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 02:40:00 221016001595 R/O observed a vehicle traveling the wrong way in the unit block of Massachusetts Avenue, NW. A traffic stop was conducted in the 700 block of First Street, NE. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 01:33:00 221015001586 R/O observed a vehicle pass through a solid red light at the intersection of First Street and Independence Avenue, SW. A traffic stop was conducted in the unit block of Independence Avenue, SW. While speaking with the Suspect, R/O noticed the Suspect appeared to have a flushed face and watery and glassy eyes. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
MISD WARRANT 12:40:00 221015001589 R/O observed a vehicle displaying expired tags parked in the unit block of First Street, NW. The Suspect returned to the vehicle, and a WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed an active warrant in the District of Columbia, which was confirmed by USCP Communications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 19:47:00 221015001593 R/O observed a vehicle with a flat tire traveling slowly in the unit block of D Street, SW. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the unit block of D Street, SE. Upon approach, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
ASSAULT ON A POLICE OFFICER - MISDEMEANOR 03:24:00 221015001587 ADDITIONAL CHARGES: FAILURE TO OBEY POLICE OFFICER; RESISTING ARREST; TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS; TRAFFIC - PERMIT-OPERATING AFTER SUSPENSION R/O responded to the intersection of First and D Streets, NE, to assist with a traffic stop. Upon approach, the Suspect was found unconscious and slumped over in the driver's seat. R/O observed the Suspect's breathing to be heavy and labored, consistent with an overdose. Narcan was administered, and the Suspect began to gain consciousness. During R/O's investigation, the Suspect became combative and attempted to strike officers while refusing commands to exit the vehicle. He struck an officer in the chest with a closed fist prior to being taken into custody. R/O also detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the Suspect's breath and person. SFSTs were not conducted due to the Suspect's combative behavior. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect's license was suspended in the District of Columbia, with no status in Maryland or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 04:25:00 221009001551 ADDITIONAL CHARGE: LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING - PROPERTY DAMAGE R/O responded to the unit block of D Street, NW, for a report of a single car crash with no occupants or driver in the vehicle. Upon arrival, R/O observed a vehicle on the sidewalk with disabling front end damage. R/O canvassed the area and located the Suspect in the 300 block of New Jersey Avenue, NW. After speaking with the Suspect, R/O detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage on their breath. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
CROWDING OBSTRUCTING INCOMMODING DC CODE 22-1307 14:58:00 221008001549 R/O responded to the intersection of Third Street and Maryland Avenue, SW, for the report of multiple individuals blocking the roadway. The Suspect was warned to cease blocking the roadway and move to the sidewalk, but he refused to do so. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 07:54:00 221007001544 R/O was flagged down by the Complainant who stated that the Suspect was screaming racial obscenities at him at the North Barricade of the U.S. Capitol Building. Upon contact with the Suspect, R/O conducted a WALES/NCIC check, which revealed two outstanding bench warrants out of the District of Columbia. USCP Communications confirmed the bench warrants. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
TRAFFIC - DUI ALCOHOL OR DRUGS 01:27:00 221007001543 R/O observed a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed in the 300 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 block of Massachusetts Avenue, NE. Upon approach, R/O detected an odor of Marijuana emitting from the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and, due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
