FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 17:57:00 241127003055 R/O observed a vehicle with an expired registration in the Unit Block of H Street NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the same location. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed an extraditable warrant out of Virginia for failure to appear. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
THEFT 1 3:30:00 241127003054 R/O reported to USCP's Training Services Bureau that while at home someone entered his residence and took several USCP issued items to include CDU-GO bag. The Baltimore Police Department was notified and will continue to investigate.
NO PERMIT 15:17:00 241126003043 R/O observed an individual in the driver's seat of a vehicle idling within a restricted parking space without the appropriate parking permit in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NE. A stop was subsequently conducted at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the individual operating the vehicle had no permit status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
NO PERMIT 16:33:00 241125003035 R/O observed a vehicle with expired tags traveling northbound in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NE. R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
LEAVING AFTER COLLIDING 15:38:00 241125003032 R/O was dispatched to the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE for the report of a traffic crash. Upon arrival, the Complainant stated a vehicle struck the rear of their vehicle and fled eastbound on Massachusetts Avenue NE. An immediate canvass of the area for the Suspect was met with negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
COUNTERFEIT TAGS + POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL (POCA) 15:46:00 241125003033 R/O observed a vehicle traveling eastbound in the 100 Block of Independence Avenue SE with an expired temporary tag. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC check of the tags revealed no return on file. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O located an open bottle of alcohol under the front passenger seat.
FLEEING FROM A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER IN A MOTOR VEHICLE + RECKLESS DRIVING 16:31:00 241125003034 R/O observed a vehicle commit multiple moving violations, in the Unit Block of I Street SE. R/O conducted a traffic stop at the same location. While R/O was completing multiple notices of infractions, the Suspect accelerated at a high rate of speed passing through a solid red signal. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE - 1ST OFF 21:07:00 241125003037 R/O observed a vehicle in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE with expired tags. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the tags were expired, and a traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. During the traffic stop, R/O could smell a faint odor of cannibis emanating from the vehicle and observed that the Suspect's eyes were dilated. Additionally, the Suspect admitted to consuming marijuana earlier in the day. SFSTs were conducted, and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
POSSESION OF A PROHIBITED WEAPON - FELONY + THEFT SECOND DEGREE DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY POSSESSION OF THE IMPLEMENTS OF A CRIME 14:37:00 241125003030 R/O observed an individual matching a BOLO in the Unit Block of F Street NW. A stop was conducted at the same location. The Suspect stated they had a knife in their right front pocket. R/O retrieved the knife, confirming it was a switchblade. The Suspect was also in possession of bolt cutters, a cut bicycle lock, and a bicycle. CIS confirmed the items to be those matching a stolen bicycle and destroyed lock from Delaware Avenue and C Street NE. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE (X2) 9:16:00 241125003025 R/O responded to the Office of Background Investigations and Credentialing inside the Fairchild Building for a person with a warrant. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the Suspect had two extraditable warrants through Baltimore City Police. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
