R/O met with the Complainant who stated the individual took food from the self-service bar and left the cafeteria without paying for the food. The Complainant identified the individual to R/O who subsequently stopped the individual in the hallway. A Witness confirmed the individual did not purchase their food before leaving the cafeteria. The Suspect under arrested and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

The Complainant stated an individual removed a cart out the west service door and were last seen pushing the cart north on Third Street at Independence Avenue SW.
