A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the vehicle was stolen out of the District of Columbia. In addition, R/O observed that the vehicle's ignition was also damaged. Furthermore, a WALES/NCIC check revealed the suspect did not have a valid driver's license in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processed. | |

A WALES check revealed an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. An NCIC check revealed the suspect did not have a valid driver's license in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia. R/O conducted an inventory search of the vehicle, and located a metallic pipe, in plain view, with an orange tinge green leafy substance, on the end of the center console. Due to a suspicion of impairment, SFST's were conducted. As a result of numerous signs of impairment, the suspect was also charged with DUI. The suspect was placed under arrest, transported to Headquarters, and processed. | |
