UNLAWFUL ACTIVITIES 11:10:00 2.4112E+11 R/O observed what appeared to be a magazine with ammunition inside of a handbag on the x-ray screen at the Second Street Door of the Ford House Office Building. An administrative search of the handbag confirmed a magazine loaded with 10 rounds of ammunition. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS conducted an inquiry with the Metropolitan Police Department Gun Registry Unit, which confirmed the Suspect holds a license for concealed carry through the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland.
RESISTING ARREST + CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 12:20:00 2.41119E+11 R/O observed the two Suspects chanting and disrupting normal operations inside the Hart Senate Office Building. Both Suspects were given warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activities, but failed to stop. While attempting to place the the two Suspects under arrest, they physically resisted. Both Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DEFACE PRIVATE/PUBLIC PROPERTY 9:20:00 2.41119E+11 R/O observed printed papers pasted to a traffic light pole at the intersection of New Jersey Avenue and C Street SE. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate.
CROWDING, OBSTRUCTING, OR INCOMMODING 11:36:00 2.41119E+11 R/O observed multiple Suspects chanting, and disrupting normal building operations inside the Hart Senate Office Building. The Suspects were given warnings to cease and desist their demonstration activities, but failed to stop. The Suspects were placed under arrest and transported to 67 K Street SW for processing.
NO PERMIT 8:53:00 2.41118E+11 R/O observed a vehicle traveling westbound in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW with an expired registration. A traffic stop was conducted in the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NW. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had a suspended license out of Maryland with no status in the District of Columbia or Virginia. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE 19:55:00 2.41118E+11 R/O observed a vehicle traveling northbound, in the 200 Block of Third Street NE, with no headlights or tail lights illuminated. A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Third and E Streets NE. A WALES/NCIC check revealed the Suspect had an extraditable warrant out of York, Pennsylvania. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE- 1ST OFF + POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL 5:11:00 2.41118E+11 R/O responded to the 100 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE for an unconscious driver asleep behind the wheel of their vehicle. When R/O approached the vehicle they observed a bottle of Vodka in clear view of the passenger floor board. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O discovered a cup emanating an alcoholic beverage in the center console.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE - 1st IRST OFFENSE + CHILD ABUSE - SECOND DEGREE (X2) 23:50:00 2.41118E+11 R/O observed a vehicle drive through a solid red light at the intersection of Third Street and Massachusetts Avenue NE. A traffic stop was conducted in the 300 Block of D Street NE. Upon approach, R/O noticed two children accompanied the driver in the vehicle. During the course of the stop, the driver wore sunglasses when initially interacting with R/O and was slow to respond to questions. SFSTs were conducted. Due to numerous signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing.
DRIVING UNDER INFLUENCE- 2ND OFF + POSS OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOL - VEHICLE 1:27:00 2.41117E+11 R/O responded to the area of First Street and Columbus Circle NE for an unconscious driver slumped over the steering wheel of their vehicle. While attempting to make entry into the vehicle, the Suspect regained consciousness and opened the door to communicate with the officers. R/O observed the Suspect with glassy, bloodshot eyes and drooping eyelids. SFSTs were conducted. Due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O discovered a cup emanating an alcoholic beverage in the center console.
NO PERMIT + COUNTERFEIT TAGS 14:24:00 2.41117E+11 R/O observed a vehicle displaying a temporary Rhode Island tag traveling near the Unit Block of Columbus Circle NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the tag revealed it was registered to another vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted in the Unit Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE. A WALES/NCIC check of the driver revealed they had a cancelled Rhode Island operator's permit, a suspended Virginia operator's permit, and no permit status in the District of Columbia or Maryland. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to headquarters for processing.
